They were my Jake's vets. Care second to none Jake passed in my arms at 1.10 am Wednesday 30 June I just wish I could have been stinger and sat with him longer after he left for doggy heaven . Many thanks x

Totally disgusting experience! After the trauma of losing our beloved family dog the young girl on reception was only concerned with payment which we were covered with by insurance, all she was concerned about is payment, my wife was in tears and we experience nil empathy! Just kept getting told we needed to pay over and over which we did by credit card even though our insurance settled as i stated, now are having trouble obtaining our dogs ashes, disgusted by the whole experience!!

Absolutely outstanding care from the staff here. I needed their help in an emergency over a bank holiday weekend and was blown away by how kind and lovely the staff were.

I telephoned in the early hours of Sunday morning. The person I spoke to was calm, friendly and reassuring. When I arrived I was welcomed in the same manner. The Vet who saw my cat was equally welcoming. He was thorough, informative and knowledgeable. I left less stressed and totally reassured. Hats off to the PDSA out of hours service. Many thanks.

Everything was explained regarding treatment. Staff were lovely. We felt that our cat was in good hands

They were great looking after my dog Stella when she had gastroenteritis. They were really helpful. Nothing wS a bother.

I rushed my dear friend and companion of 15 years to vets now after an emergency situation at home. we were quickly rushed into a room where the vet asked about my boy, and then advised it was sadly time to let him go. I felt he was so compassionate and completely understood how difficult this situation was and also how important bailey was to me and the family. I felt safe in leaving bailey with vets now at that horrific time. I miss my bit terribly

Really efficient and friendly, "does what it says on the box", but very expensive if not insured.This was all explained pre-visit so you can make your own choice.

We took our sick rabbit, Gordon, to see you and although it did pass the person who saw to him went above and beyond to try and save him

I liked how the appointment wasn’t rushed. There was plenty of time to ask questions. The receptionist was lovely too.
