I sadly had to visit vets now when my daughters hamster sustained a spinal injury. I couldn't have hoped for a more caring kind approach throughout every step of our experience. The staff from reception through to the vet were exceptional. An amazing service. Thanks so much x

Nurses on front desk were friendly helpful and reassuring in our moment of panic. Our lady vet was awesome. Thanks for putting our minds at rest immediately and making Albert more comfortable. You’re angels!

Everything explained throughout the visit,extremely caring staff. Fantastic service. At a time of worry and emotion Vets Now were cool,calm and caring.

Thank you for seeing our cat late a night. Lyn looked after her and diagnosed her heart condition that she is now responding to treatment for. Thank you for giving us some more precious time with our cat .

The girls were polite when they greeted me and my dog and were quick to put us in a quiet dark consultation room as my dog had a suspected epelectic fit I was offered a cup of tea and made to feel at ease, the vet was very thorough in examining my dog and in offering advice I couldn't fault the vet he was excellent and the girls helped me fill in the claim form for my insurance

My dog was very well looked after and cared for. I was phoned every morning to let me know how she was. Staff were always pleasant and helpful

The treatment both myself and my pet received was excellent.All the staff and vets/specialists i spoke to were so helpful,friendly and explained everything in great detail.Nothing was too much trouble and i would highly recommend them.

All the staff were so kind and understanding. They explained everything to us and contacted us every day to let us know what was happening. We cannot fault them in any way and are so grateful for everything they did x

Our cat was badly injured before Christmas and he most certainly would not be here with out the hard working, professional staff and Vets for Now truly and first class service we can not thank them enough.

We came in the early hours ..they took great care of luna and also myself ..making me a cuppa ....thought the price was a little expensive......but great service thankyou x

I waited nearly an hour in waiting room after my cat had been taken from me 'for monitoring' when I was asked to enter the room my cat wasn't there when vet spoke to me. When my cat was brought into room for me to be there while she was put to sleep the vet did not stay while injection took effect and I had to go back out to front desk to ask if the vet could feel her pulse to make sure she was gone. I feel the vet should have stayed and checked that drug had taken effect and felt her pulse to establish it had worked before leaving me to spend the final moments with her. Also did not appreciate the last hour of my cats life being spent apart from me in a back room while I anxiously waited outside. The whole thing felt as though I were being fitted around their schedule instead of being made to feel like a valued customer in a time which was both distressing for me and my beloved pet.

The young vet who dealt with my dog was 1st class! I will happy recommend vets now. As it wasn’t my first time at the 24hr hospital. Previously, unfortunately I had to have my young dog euthanised ... obviously a it was a horrendous time. The vet was wonderful on that occasion also.

Did a quick check over my dog said gastroenteritis and overweight. Gave him anti sickness jab. Sent us on our wayour. 2 days later he dies of acute kidney failure. No compassion. When asked at desk if eligible for discount due to been on tax credits was rudley told no you should have asked when you rang. Told I wouldn't of saved much (£80) . Would NEVER use again. Part of PDSA too. Will not ever make a charity contribution based on my treatment.

Sometimes complex and serious issues can develop rapidly, but may initially present as something quite straightforward. Just to clarify, we cover out of hours emergency and critical care for the PDSA in several locations across the UK, but we are a separate company altogether and are not part of the PDSA.
