“A great service. We rang about our rabbit and were advised to come in. We were seen within 5 minutes of arriving and the vet was lovely.”

“We were given the upmost respect and thoughtfulness as we had to have one of our family members put to sleep (Kyle the rottie) after 9 years. We wish we had used this vet from Day one.”

“I was charged £207 & came away not being any the wiser as to what was wrong with my rabbit. He was given anti inflammatory and pain relief however upon visiting my vets yesterday they asked me why he wasn’t given paratsite treatment and that his kidneys are enlarged so he should not have had any anti inflammatory. Expensive and bad service and advice.”

“Unfortunately we had to put our beloved family pet dog Buddy to sleep after a treasured 14 years with him. From the very first phonecall the operator was extremely helpful and as she could tell how upset we were. She even called back to ask how we were which was beyond expectations. When we arrived at the surgery the receptionist was talking to buddy and you could really tell she cared. The vet who examined him was professional and although it was one of the hardest decisions we knew we couldn’t watch him suffer any longer. Even when leaving the surgery the receptionist was so sympathetic. She gave us lots of leaflets and said we could call no matter how trivial the question. Then as we we walked out she said how much of a gentleman Buddy seemed. And that he was. Cannot thank the staff enough for providing us such heartfelt service in such a sad day.”

“Phoned at around 4.30am. My call was answered very quickly and dealt with efficiently. When we arrived the vet was excellent with my dog and in explaining exactly what she was going to do and making us all feel at ease.”

“They did everything they could to treat my rabbit. They contacted other vets to get advice which shows how thorough they are. I was regularly updated and had absolute confidence that they were giving my rabbit the best treatment possible and they did.”
