We were very grateful for the service you gave us. It was a very hard time for us because we had already lost one cat at home. Thankyou for your help . We came to you as an emergency and you helped us at such a sad time.

I do not like that they took away my cat as soon as I arrived so I was unable to comfort her during exam by the vet. I found the lady vet very harsh and uncaring. Also, you cannot telephone or visit for an update between midnight and 7:30am

I took my 10 week old puppy, clearly in pain, to this vet at 9pm. They couldn't work out what was wrong so sent us home, saying bring her back if she doesn't improve. She didn't so had to take her back, at which time they took blood, gave her an injection of Buscopan and anti sickness injection. She hadn't been sick. Two separate visits of approx 15mins, and 2 separate invoices totalled £297. They charged £15 to complete Insurance form, and I noticed once home, they had taken 2 unauthorised sums of £1, a contribution to animal blood bank. I was not asked if I wished to do this. This Company takes advantage of an emergency situation, when loving pet owners need emergency care for their pet and will agree to anything to help their pet. The charges are one step short of extortion. Shameful.

The cost was outrageous. Far too expensive. £48 for a bandage and £120 out of hours charge. I’m considering complaining to Trading Standards.

Although the questioning about my cats history was thorough - I went away non the wiser about what had happened to my cat which led me to become extremely anxious - he had had a stroke & sadly I had to have him put down at my own vets. The vet gave my cat a vertigo tablet & an anti inflammatory & 1 was charged £300 - an absolute waste of time & money so not happy at all. I should have been told he had a stroke so I came away with no information & no understanding of how to care for my cat.

we feel the charge for one night of care, especially after our vet had done all the treatment and assessment beforehand, was excessive. No problem with the level of care.

My rating is for the staff. Who were great. Not surprisingly, there is no question about the charges which are disgustingly high and would, in my opinion, discourage anyone except a true animal lover for whom nothing else matters, from seeking out of hours vetinary care for their pet. This is a risk to animals who may get left in pain and distress because of your sky high prices ... you need to sort this !!!

That staff were absolutely fantastic throughout the time we had to deal with them, I would like to say thank you to everyone who was working on 9 September as they were very professional and understanding of our situation. Great team, who deal with many different situations on a daily basis, not any easy task! Thank you Mark

The communication was hard at such a difficult time i just wanted my boy home and sometimes when i phoned people where very blunt. The women who did ring me when he was ready to be collected was lovely though however i wanted to pick him up during the day as you where not open until late in the branch in staines i was told i couldnt and had to wait until the everning i then phoned someone else who advised me i can get him during the day i just needed to request for him to he left with th3 staines branch. This just put me being able to collect him back by anouther day when all i wanted was him home. I would of also liked to be made aware i could of gone to see him again before his cremation it said in th4 booklet which i found out after his cremation on the day he died t i was a complete mess as the hole situation was a shock
