They always provide a high standard of care and they looked after my rabbit like she was their own. All the staff are friendly, polite and very helpful.

Very caring and professional at such a difficult time. We were given as much time as we wanted with our dog after she had gone. We were given a paw print as a keepsake which was a lovely gesture

They were available at an unsocial hour and my pet got seen to straight away when I got in. Advise was given over the phone. And staff were all very professional and personable. And gave lots of time to me for each stage in the treatment to spend with my pet.

I wouldn’t say happy as our dog had to leave us. But the staff were understanding and very good.

Did their job but did not feel everything was explained clearly and did not feel they were very sympathetic.

My dog Tinie was very ill, she had a massive tumour, which was diagnosed very quickly using an ultra sound. Sadly she had to be put down. Both the vet and the nurse on duty were kind, considerate and very professional. They made Tinie feel calm and relaxed, and gave me time and space to grieve. All in all they made a very painful and traumatic night very much less so.

Awful service - nearly cost my dog his life. Suspected that my puppy had ingested an object, he had been non-stop vomiting for 12 hours. Took him to Vets Now in Warrington, and the vet gave him a quick glance over, did a blood test and sent us on our way saying he was fine (after charging £250). Thought it was odd that he didn't x-ray to confirm my suspicion, but was relieved to be told everything was OK. 2 days later decided to take him to our regular vets for a second opinion. She was in complete disbelief that he had not been given an x-ray to rule out a foreign body obstruction, especially given his history and the specific concerns we had communicated to the vet. She said that manually feeling his stomach could not rule out an obstruction, an x-ray would be the only way to do this. She took him away immediately for an x-ray, and rang us a short while later to tell us that an obstruction had been found (a glove in his intestines), and he had undergone abdominal surgery to remove this. Had we followed the advice of the so-called professional at Vets Now, he would have lost his life.

My beloved Scottie dog took ill very suddenly and as it was outside of my usual vet's hours, I phoned vets now. From the initial phone call to the end, I can't fault them. My dog was extremely ill and had to be kept overnight so fluids and painkillers could be administered, I was kept informed throughout and the staff were lovely even when I phoned several times during the night for an update. Unfortunately my dog was too poorly to survive and we had to have him put to sleep. We were shown tremendous empathy and allowed to spend some time alone with him. Treatment is expensive, there's no denying it but unfortunately, like anything, it's the price you pay for being an animal lover. My dog's insurance had lapsed which was my fault; previously when I had used vets now they were really helpful when I had to fill in a claim form for the insurance company. The treatment costs were explained to me prior to any treatment taking place; because it was so expensive they suggested that they cared for my dog overnight and kept him comfortable until I could get him to my usual vet in the morning. I am extremely grateful to the staff at Vets Now, Felling especially Sara and Helen. All of the staff were lovely and the care and concern they showed was second to none. They made an awful situation slightly more bearable.

My son and l felt the vet was very unfeeling towards our situation didn't know what was wrong with our dog when l had explained on the phone so obviously no communication just felt the whole experience was very rushed plus she came in during our goodbyes to our darling dog to say 'you know you have to pay for cremation' which l felt should have been said when our dog had been put to sleep or after we had left the room the vets mannerism was abrupt and very uncaring not at all happy with service

We had to make an unexpected decision to put our 11 year old family dog to sleep. The vet and nurse were amazing during such a difficult and emotional time.

When we were eventually seen by the vet she was very good. Although we were sat in the waiting room for over 45 minutes before our name was even taken by reception. That not acceptable.
