Kind and quick service. Only downside is the expense of out of hours vets.

They were very friendly and efficient, I was happy leaving our dog in their care. Just disappointed that although I made a point of checking that they would ensure our insurance company knew this was a continuation treatment (night care) it wasn't done and now I have a mess of paperwork to sort out to get our money back!

The vet at Vets now was lovely. My only concern was that due to my vets being closed (sat) the emergency number I got through too told me that I had to travel to the vets 40 mins away from my home. I feel this is too far to travel in an emergency.

Visited recently with my dog who got put to sleep. The Vet who dealt with us did so sensitively and gave us as much time as we needed to say goodbye. The place was nice and clean too.

My young cat had been hit by a car. We drove him straight in and were met by a nurse at the door who took look at him and took him straight off for oxygen. He was monitored all night in an oxygen tent and was so much more comfortable by morning. He's now on the way to a full recovery. I have used vets now before, they are consistently excellent. It's always a traumatic visit by nature, but they are calm, efficient and effective. I'm so glad I have them nearby.

Our cat was really poorly over the bank holiday weekend. Our initial visit was not a success but we returned in the evening and were seen by Amanda. She was compassionate, professional and competent and was amazing with our feisty Bengal superbly. She knew just how to handle him and gave him the treatment he needed to get him on the road to recovery. Excellent service in the end 👍🏽

Our dog was attacked and had a half inch deep chunk taken out of him. We were extremely worried as I am sure you can imagine, we contacted Vets Now at our local branch in Reading and then we turned up and were greeted by a very friendly receptionist who made us feel comfortable. The Vet was very considerate and understanding and you could see that he loved animals in general. He was Constantly going up to other patients and seeing how they are doing. Our Lab got stapled up and we were there for around an hour and were told that he is doing fine and he is doing very well now. I would trust Vets Now with a issue like this time and time again. 10/10 from me. Thank you!

Our dog passed away in the small hours of Saturday morning suddenly and we were very grateful that the Glasgow vet was open to be able to take him to. The veterinary nurse on reception was very sympathetic at a difficult time. Thank you

Extremely helpful and amazing staff!! I always hate using emergency vets and I have been known to be a bit over protective when it comes to my fur babies. The amazing staff helped to keep a very distraught and worried women calm and were extremely helpful! I would recommend to everyone!!

I have had dealings with Vets Now a few times with both my dogs. I have to say we had excellent care from them. Unfortunately both our dogs have had to be put to sleep within the last nine months , both on bank holidays, but the staff were so lovely both times. Couldn't have wished for better care. We dealt with the Swansea office and the staff there are wonderful. I agree with reviews that it is expensive but it is an emergency out of hours vets.

Everything. Resulting in our chinchilla passing away. Euthanasia was the only thing the vet did for our pet.

I took my dog dodge to vetsnow Friday eveving. With suspected bloat you have a window off 1 hour to save the dog the customer care was awful I had to drive all the way home befour they would operate to get insurance details even though we had paid by visa a large amount befour the operation could go ahead by the time he was operated on it was to late. The money is more important to this company avoid Do not use read the negative reviews. They also rang me 2 days after. Concerned for rest off payment. My dog is dead. Avoid avoid

Hi Ms Stocker, I'm so sorry to hear this and so sorry for your loss. Sadly GDV is one of the conditions we treat with the lowest survival rate, regardless of how early it's caught. The nature of GDVs is that by the time symptoms present, it's often too late. I'm so sorry for your loss in this case. Our contact centre staff should have advised you to bring insurance documents with you when you arrive at the clinic as this is our standard procedure, but I'm sorry if this didn't happen. Please get in touch with us at clientcare@vets-now.com and we can look into your case. Kind regards - Kirsty
