“They were very nice on the phone and did everything they could to keep us calm and informed on what to do next. They also sent the details of our call to the vets we use so they knew what was wrong which was really good.”

“Great staff who were very knowledgeable in their profession. My dog was well looked after within the vet practice before during and after her operation. Good communication too. Special thanks to Liz Welsh. My dog is now on the road to recovery.”

“The level of care is outstanding and they seem to go above and beyond to make sure their patients are looked after. They communicate with you about everything and give you a very clear picture of the problems and treatment. You can leave your beloved pet with them in confidence that they'll be very well looked after.”

“Tobias and Laura were an amazing support both in trying to save our dog and then after he passed. Professional, compassionate and caring. The reception staff were also exceptionally kind and patient and I can't thank all of you enough for everything you did for Oran.”

“Very welcoming and friendly reception staff. The surgeon was extremely knowledgable and professional but also very caring. I appreciated the time the surgeon took to get to know the background of my dog and listened to my account of what had been going on in regards to my pets health. The surgeon was very thorough, explaining the surgery in great detail, and recommended pre op blood work and change of diet to ensure my dog was in the best place health wise for the upcoming surgery. All these elements put my mind at ease when it came to the day of the surgery. Whilst staying at the hospital the updates on my pet were regular and personalised, not generic in any way (like I have had with other vet hospitals). Would definitely recommend.”

“Scott - our Vet - is fantastic and has gone above & beyond yo support us. From our initial emergency appointment to ongoing support over the last 9mths nothing has been too much trouble. He even kept in touch during his recent leave! Fantastic service!!”
