Hello. I am sorry to read that you were not happy with the fees at our clinic. Our dedicated vets and nurses’ work through the night, weekends and on public holidays to provided dedicated emergency and critical care for pets, whether we see one case a night or several, and our prices reflect this. “The treatment and care my dog received was great, could not fault it. The vet was professional and explained everything to me. The only down side of my visit was that the out of hours fee was 140! Then treatment on top of that! I think that fee is absolutely ridiculous. I had no choice but to pay it or my sick dog could have died. People who really care and are worried about their animals are the people who are going to be taking them to the vet during the night, we should not be charged this amount for caring about our animals.”

“Vets Now were there with care, compassion, and excellent thorough medical testing of my little dog, when l needed answers and to decide what to do for the best for her. All of my questions were answered at any time of the day or night and they had a very balanced and neutral but guiding view of what to do for the best. This was the 2nd time l have used them and would highly recommend their services. Thankyou for everything.”

“We had taken our dog in as an emergency as she was very poorly. The vet insisted she stayed the day to be monitored and to have multiple tests. By the time we had came to pick her up she was completely different. She is now on the road to a very speedy recovery! Vets 4 pets were amazing with our dog and kept us updated frequently about her progress etc.”
