“Vet wise - I only actually met Pam at Vets Now Glasgow. She gave me loads of info which helped me to make a decision re my pets treatment. She was very prifessiobal and took time to explain everything. She was also really good with my dog. One thing i noticed on my first visit was the ripped sofa's in the reception area. They dont give the impression that the hosputal is state of the art as described in the website. Also whilst discussing my dogs life term prognosis the intern Connor" said that dogs with her type of tumour are usually dead by 9 months. We were actually shocked by his term of phrase - using the word "dead". Whilst we know long term future is limited for our dog we dont need to be told that she will be "dead". I found this quite distressing. I feel that Connor could have been mindful of his audience and used different terminology. Other thsn thst I'm really pleased with the service. Thanks”

“Was not informed of treatment costs before treatment, vet inappropriately mixed two drugs in the same syringe, injected an anti biotic into my rat that is known to be caustic and it has resulted in a nasty burn on his neck. I went in because he was in respiratory distress which she did nothing about, I left with him worse than I had gone in, and she charged me nearly £200 for it. The vet nurse was appallingly rude to me. Awful experience.”

“As a first time kitten mother I was so worried when Lana’s stitches got infected. Vets Now made me feel so calm and I knew Lana was in safe hands and getting the best care. The staff were so welcoming and put my mind at ease - I’m not a terrible kitten mother lol!”

“We were struggling to medicate our cat after she'd been diagnosed with pancreatitis. She needed pain relief which needed to be dropped into her mouth. We rang to ask for advice and thensubsequently visited for Lyndsey, principal nurse, to help us. She is the cat whisperer!! Her tips and demonstration made a massive difference. Thank you. Our cat is back to normal and we have some more skills under our belt😃😃”
