In August 2019 I rang Vets-Now out of hours as one of my pet rats had suffered what I suspected was a sudden stroke. I am an experienced owner and knew she needed to be put to sleep as soon as possible. She was paralysed, could barely breathe and was completely vacant. I rang and requested euthanasia and was advised to attend. I was advised of possible cost being the 160 consult fee plus the procedure. I said on the phone that I have never been charged this before, for straight euthenasia, I have only been charged the euthenasia fee and was advised the clinic may well just do this on attendance. I arrived and within a minute I was in the consulting room with a consent for euthenasia fee the staff had printed with my details on prior to my arrival, proving my point that this was all the care required. I signed it and handed my baby girl over to be put to rest. Following the procedure, she was brought back to me with a bill for £124 (apparently small animals have a discounted consult fee, I was misquoted on the phone). On that bill I was charged £26.30 consultation fee and £68.53 out of hours fee applicable to that consultation, plus the £29.57 euthensia procedure cost to include materials and vet time. My issue is that my pet did not have any consultation. I was charged for something she did not receive. I would have no issue if my pet had been seen for treatment to try to save her, but there was absolutely no hope of recovery, I knew this before I took her, she just needed to have her suffering ended urgently and couldn't have waited the night. I was absolutely distraught and, had I been in a better frame of mind, I would've refused to pay more than the euthanasia fee, however, hindsight is a fine thing - I paid and just thought I'd sort it later, I wanted to get out of there. Following this, I complained about the charge and requested a refund, which was declined. I took it to a formal complaint and was written to advising it would be 'inappropriate' to refund me when I was warned of the cost, choosing to attend. My issue is not with the staff or their care at all, my issue is with the company charging structure and them deeming it fit to charge distressed customers for care their pet hasn't received, that decision is difficult enough to make and go through and they have never charged me like that before. I have many pets and have had to attend twice for urgent euthensia and was just told I would be charged eithensia as long as I understood that's all care my pet would receive and the vet would not look to treat. This incident made a difficult and distressing situation much worse. I would suggest avoiding Vets-Now unless you absolutely have no option purely because of them seeing fit to charge you for care your pet did not receive.

On the 23/02/2020 my little wonderful dog became extremely ill very quickly. He then went on to have a seizure. We quickly bundled him up and jumped into the car and got him to the only emergency vet in Lincoln , unfortunately that was VETSNOW. On arrival at the desk I stated that my dog was having seizures and the response was them all shuffling about behind the said desk giving the appearence that they had no idea what to actually do in an emergency. so I said again can somebody help my dog is having seizures, the response then was "well did you ring in first" as there is a £160 charge before we can see the animal. I said no I didnt thought this was for an emergency and this is one. Someone appeared through a side door and we were told to hand my boy over to them, I asked what they were going to do and the reply was well he will be put in cage and monitored. We went to go through with them and was told to take a seat. My little dog was terrified and taken away from us by total strangers and put in a totally strange setting just to terrify him a bit more. we were eventually called into a different room to be told it was a brain tumour and you have two choices, either to put him to sleep or give him phenobarbitone and diazipam that they had already administered, which we would be charged for. The vet didnt seem to have empathy or compassion for either us or our little dog. Her main concern was my ability to pay. It was like taking your car to the garage. He was a little living being and deserved to be treated with respect especially the amounts being charged. We then had to ask if we could go see him, which she didnt seem very happy about. They had wet his fur on his chest to try and cool him off. I asked where his water was, he had been in the cage for nearly two hours with a temp of 41 and not given a drink. Not given any iv fluids, just his fur on his neck and chest sprayed with water to cool him. I asked if he could have a fan on him to cool him, he had a resp rate of 202 pm and a HR of 188, none of this concerned them. They didnt like us opening his cage and made it very obvious they wanted us to go. We needed to stay as long as possible. He had gone blind and almost deaf but he did respond to being whistled at, he then stated to calm down and actually stepped out of the cage and remained calm, probably with the help of the diazipam, but they didnt see the big deal about him or us being so distressed. Then came the vet with the bill yet again. If they spent the same amount of time caring for the animals they are paid rediculously high prices for as they spend on their computers printing out bills they might actually help the said animals. While we were sat on the floor trying to reassure my mutt, the vet appeared yet again with crippling bill and tried to justify it. Do they not get that the last thing you need when you are trying to help your little dog and are possibly saying goodbye is a bills shoved in your face. I then had to sign it so they could carry on any treatment for 0ver £1200 with the possibility of it increasing. I had to pay half of this made up amount before I left. Totally appalling. They were obsessed with money , for doing very little. They then asked us to leave so they could get him some treatment, dont understand why they couldnt give him drugs with us present. Did he actually receive them, who knows. Just before we left they then informed us that we needed to back at the practice ( maybe thats what it is, they were practicing at being vets, I have never known a practice like it and have had animals for the last 40 years.)We needed to be back as we then had to come back to pick him up and take him to our own vets. I thought to myself oh my god they want us to come and get him and pull him about and take him across town in the morning rush hour when he has the possibilty of suffering another seizure on route, he was really to unwell to have been moved. We arrived at 07.00 the next morning ad did the other owners. We didnt leave until after 08.00 as they hadnt printed out the final demand until everyone was there, i was eventually called back into a room by the same vet to be told things had not improved, but he had not suffered any further seizures through the night so had not needed any phenobarbitol or any more diazipam, however I was charged £44.33 for the drug, £9.05 fees for administering it and £10.68 VAT . I was informed that the nurse would prepare him and bring him through. OMG bless him, what a state he was in I was extremely upset by how they had "prepared him" I just got him and left. My daughter had to drive and of course hit the traffic, so with a seriously ill dog in the car it took 50 minutes to across town to a proper vet. When we reached our vet and went in, the communication and attitude was completely different. They were sympathetic, treated my dog and ourselves with dignity, and not a mention of money. They took us into the consultation room and explained the graveness of the situation and behaved professionally throughout. They gave us all the time we needed to say our goodbyes to my boy and for him to say his, which he did bless his little heart. we were glad to have that 50 minutes in the car with him, he knew it was us and snuggled into my shoulder , but why should you be forced to take a dying dog on a journey like that. But I was glad to be at a caring vets at the end, we crouched down to his eye level on the table and he looked at me to say goodbye and the turned his head to my daughter and touched her nose with his and then we knew he was ready. The whole process at my vets was done with compassion ,care and dignity, the complete opposite of VETSNOW. this money grabbing company needs to be shut down. Did they take on vets that didnt quite make the grade. Are they not able to get a job at a proper vets practice. Totally and utterly disgusting.

Completely missed that my dog was suffering from HGE ( hemorroragic gastrointesteritis) which can kill a dog without prompt vetenary intervention. Took my dog to the out of hours service. I assume the phonecalls are recorded as if so this will completely verify my complaint.. I awoke to find my dog vomiting and passing dark loose stools. I rang my usual vet and waited to be put though the out of hours in Hull. While on the phone my dog was now being sick Infront of me a mixture of pure blood and saliva.. I was in a panic and told the person on the end of the phone.... All she was concerned with was wether I had the £300 in cash I would need before I could attend with my now seriously ill dog...during the journey by car again my dog vomiting copious ammount of blood onto her light fluffy blanket. On arrival I met the assistant who was disinterested with the blood. Saying . We are not concerned with that. It has to be dark blood. I took a stool sample with me and offers her it. Again she said. We have no use for that we don't provide that service. I asked if my dog would need a blood test to find out the nature of this illness. Again telling me. There will be no need. She just didn't seem to care. Had to wait a short while until being called into see the vet... Explained everything. She was very nice. But it seems nothing of my phonecall or information given at the desk seem to have been passed on. The dog was given the standard paste. An antisickness and stomach protector ratidanine injection. And a can of dog food.... I asked the vet what about all the blood and where is it coming from. She said my dog had probably scraped her throat will she was being sick....How wrong they all were . At the desk I was given a bill for £291 pounds. £40 pound of that was for medication. Which doubled in price on the bill due to administering injections by the vet. I don't have a problem with that. But a £10 tube of paste was then doubled by their extortionate prices and I was charged £11 for them to pass me it over the counter. Diabolical. Only then did the receptionist say. If she deteriorates come back... How could I they had taken every penny I had. I return home and my dog was now loosing pure blood from her back end. It was horrific. The crying and shaking went on for hours. She was two week to drink from her bowl of water. Had I not spent the day and night helping her lap it off my finger. I doubt very much she would be here..... They misdiagnosed the serious nature of her illness. No antibiotics given. No pain killer given. Total neglect. My dog suffered till I could get her back in at the PDSA. It has taken almost two weeks for her to now be one the road to recovery. After needing to see the vets at PDSA for for almost two weeks as she needed either morphine or methadone injections for the pain. The suffering she has endured made me question the need to have her put to sleep. Thank goodness I didn't as now two weeks on she is finally returning to her normal happy self.... You VETSNOW service is appalling as are your extortionate prices. I would have lost by beloved dog thanks to your ineptitude. I will never forgive you for the suffering my dog had endured. There is no justification for the appalling service. Nothing will change when cash is a priority over care. You got it so wrong on every level.

Vets for pets Sutton tortured and terrified my 19 year old cat to death. She was taken from me to be brought back in a few min, I begged to let me stay with her and was refused, the vet promised to bring her back. I heated my cat screaming in pain for about 10 min then nothing. When the vet returned she said she would have to inject my cat in the heart, I couldn’t be there. I begged and begged her to take me to her then I realised she had already died from the torture, pain and fear. Finally she had to admit my cat was dead with no sedation no pain relief just brutally murdered. I will not stol fighting until this evil woman is stopped. I can’t let any other family go through this. Please do not hand your pet over to these people. No one should ever go through what I witnessed and no animal should ever have to die this way. I have ordered for my pets body to be put on hold, I have to know what they did to her. This can never happen again. This is the worse thing I have ever had to go through in my life. All I wanted was my cat not to suffer, this woman needs to be locked up and a life time ban from ever touching another animal she is nothing but a brutal murderer. No sentence will be long enough for what she has done. U know who u are and u know what u hav done.

We were referred to Vets Now on Christmas Day with our ESS, with what we thought to be a tummy bug. The Reception staff were helpful and efficient. The Vet explained effectively and kindly just how gravely ill our dog was and that it was touch and go with him. We were kept up to date with his progress. We were able to collect him at the end of the day on Boxing Day, with full discharge notes to update our own Vet with. A young nurse explained that she had been in the crate with our dog on and off during the day to comfort him. Vets Now Bournemouth could not have been more thorough, professional or caring. 5 *****

Took my cat here after being referred from useless vets in Pets at home. My cat was mobile and aware and just wasn't eating. Of course because I work they saw a cash machine coming in. Was seen over half an hour later after being charged £154 for the consultation. An assistant took my cat for blood tests and after another 20 minutes I was told my cats kidneys where failing. I was devastated an had to make a decision based on now what I believe to be bad advice to have him euthanized. Oh believe me the forms where got faster than anything for me to sign my lovely cats life away. All I could think was how much I was going to fail him if I took him home an he passed away in pain. So the deed was done an I couldn't even bear to be with him when they ended his life. Next day I rang up an asked if he could be communally created and was devastated some more by being charged £65 for the privilege of him being taken with a job lot of animals to the furnace. all in all my distressing afternoon ended up costing me £305 plus £65 cremation and £33 for the look at by pets at home who I might add are others only interested in money. So so sorry I never read the reviews on here before making my fate full trip out that day.

Would not recommend vetsnow Hull under any circumstances , took my mini Dachshund there at a Saturday teatime , waited 30 mins or more to be seen, Saw the most superior vet, who told me she was a private vet not PDSA vet ,. to take dog home and make appointment at PDSA for the Monday , even though she said dog had heart murmur, at no time did she offer to admit or carry out any tests , when I asked for medication to help dog she refused , i rang again on the Sunday and the same vet was still on, the receptionist said the vet had told me what was the matter with the dog ,and to wait until PDSA opened Monday, I said I was concerned as dog seemed worse ,they said if I was worried I could ring back after 2 pm , this being 10-30 am, but they would put her in a cage out back but would not treat her, but she died before then, I complained to PDSA about lack of treatment, and they said they would take it up with vetsnow , Yesterday morning I received reply from vetsnow that reads like a fairy story, according to them they offered me fantastic treatment which I allegedly declined , also when I rang Sunday they offered the fantastic treatment again , which I also allegedly declined , so actually I seem to be responsible for my beloved dogs death not them , I am spending £113 pound a month on my other dogs treatment and there saying I declined treatment for my dog because it would have been free, I don't think so , an uncaring , staff , only interested in paying customers, they don't see some ones beloved pet only cheque books , I would give them minus 5 if it was possible

We came home after an evening out and found one of our cats behind the sofa in a lot of pain and not able to walk. We called vets now and were put through to a local vet. The receptionist gad a very poor command of English. We arranged to take the cat there. We were kept waiting outside the practice doors for 5 minutes. When we were allowed in they kept us waiting for 15 minutes before they took the cat, bearing in mind this was supposed to be an emergency. After 1 hour the very young vet or nurse came out and said they couldn't examine the cat as he was too aggressive! They said they could not examine him without a full sedative dose which might kill him if he had internal injuries. By now we had lost confidence in their competence and asked them to give him a painkiller shot and we would take him. It took us another 30 minutes to get the bill! Its not as they were busy. Unfortunately under this vets now racket all the other vets in the area use this practice for the out of hours emergency service.it seems Vets Now is just sone kind of administrator that just adds to your costs and means other vets can save money by not offering an emergency service. I would avoid them if you can but they seem to have been very successful at stitching this market up.

This is my e-mail to Vets-Now....it speaks for its self. Use this company at your peril :- THE APPAULING MANOR IN WHICH I WAS TREATED OR NOT TREATED. No Salutation, Sunday the 6th October 2019 I had the misfortune to have to bring my dog “Max” to your Ilford practice. The service I received from the vet was good and max was taken straight into the vet as he was very, very ill. After around 10 minutes or so I was called into a consulting room and told of his condition and what it would cost:- The first 24 hours care would be just short of £1000.00 and after that I would have to arrange with my own vet further care if needed. I paid £600.00 and went home and waited for a call from the vet as to how things were progressing. I called sometime in the afternoon and was informed that there was no change but he was stable but after around an hour or so I cannot remember the vet called and basically informed that he had crashed, and both his kidneys had totally failed. It was decided between the vets advice and my love for him that it was best to put him to sleep. About an hour or so later I was called by the nurse and she requested what my instructions were as to too what would happen next. I was at this stage very, very upset and shocked because the night before we were playing ball and now 12 or so hours latter he was dead. I told the nurse that before giving any instructions in dealing with him, I wanted to speak to the vet with the regards to having an autopsy. The vet called me back and we discussed that matter and I decided with her saying that in her opinion, an autopsy would not bring him back, it would not change anything. She asked me what sort of cremation I wanted (I didn’t know that there were different kinds) to which I was informed communal or singular. I told her that I wanted singular and his ashes in a casket with a brass plaque with his name on. The vet was going to sort it out with me over the phone but my judging about how busy the surgery was that morning; I told her to get the nurse to call me as I knew she was very busy and probably owners there really needing her assistance. Sunday evening came and went with no phone call. Monday morning, I called and spoke to a female, I informed her what had happened and asked what was going to happen about Max’s cremation, when would it be, how long etc, to her reply “don’t worry, it has been arranged and added to your bill” THAT WAS THE LAST THING I NEEDED TO HEAR. The female assistant told me that she would e-mail the practice and I would be called back. I waited and waited and at three o’clock in the afternoon, I telephoned again and spoke to a gentleman, told him the whole story again and he came back and informed me that the person I spoke to in the morning said that the call back would be that evening, I replied that I didn’t hear that part that it would be the evening and I apologised. He said that he would e-mail the practice again. MONDAY EVENING CAME AND WENT AND STILL NO TELEPHONE CALL. I am 68 years old and SUDDENLY I have lost my best friend of 12 years, one minute he is there the next he has gone, I had no chance to prepare, if he was ill and gradually I was going to lose him then I would have had some sort of time to get used to the idea but I didn’t, he was taken from me and that hurt very, very much indeed. Tuesday morning, I went to the practice and spoke to the practice manager but this time she was employed by the PDSA and not Vets Now. She was very sympathetic and said she would telephone and e-mail and request for them to call me. At 7pm, I went on-line to see what time the PDSA closed and it turned out to be 6pm. By around 7:30pm I still haven’t received any calls , but you have received 3 telephone calls (2 from me and one from the PDSA) and also 3 e-mails two from your own team and one from the practice manager of the Ilford PDSA. At that point I telephoned and spoke to a female receptionist who after some confusion as she couldn’t understand English, found my (Max’s) records. She first informed me that the clinic was waiting for me to contact them with my wishes (I will come back to that in a minute) and secondly, I was a PDSA client and that I had paid a nominal amount….is £600.00 a nominal amount? Now please have a look at the statement she sent me and it clearly states by the vet herself and I copy and post her comments/recordings in highlighted yellow below:- 06/10/2019 04:51:00 PM angela spatz ARF Urine sample shows only 6ml urine gross appearance normal. Normal SG. Uraemic breath and moribund at 4pm despite showing initial signs of improvement. Sediment shows not antifreeze crystals. Abdo tender on palpation. Liquid pouring from mouth. Discuss with o advise can attempt to treat ARF aggressively but grim prognosis O opt for euthanasia with private crem and ashes returned in casket. O will not be present. And so I ask, how can your receptionist state that it is recorded on your records that you are WAITING FOR MY TELEPHONE CALL AND INSTRUCTIONS. To sum up, I had no bill of any kind shape or form, no invoice and no knowledge of what had actually happened to Max, what treatment he had received, and what arrangement had been made (time frame) for his cremation after giving my instruction to the vet personally over the telephone. ALL I DID HAVE WAS A VISA MACHINE RECEIPT FOR £600.00. To conclude, the service I received from your company’s staff is nothing less than disgraceful, unforgivable which only adds to the hurt and Bereavement. You or your staff show no feelings or thought of what I or any owner is going through especially in sudden bereavement. In all honesty, I would not treat my worst enemy the way your company has treated me. Also, I have looked your company up on the website and the first 19 reviews are dreadful and ALL GIVE 1 STAR OUT OF 5. This e-mail will also be posted on your website reviews. You charge me just under £1000.00 for the first 24-hour care to which I paid £600.00 deposit. My Max was in your care for around 6 hours therefore I demand a revised bill with an 18 hour refund and nothing less. NO VALEDICTION,

I have only given 1 star because I had to, please do not use out of hours vets now if you want your pet to survive, my dog went to them and was told they thought it was pancreatitis but would be scanned etc, she was sent home as fit and well, after no improvement ,took her back to Pdsa to be told she was really ill with pyo and needed emergency surgery and vets now had not scanned her as stated, I had to take her straight to Bradford for vets now to operate urgently, low n behold they sent her home saying she was fine till morning , I told them I wasn’t happy that she needed emergency surgery they stated she was perfectly fine till morning, she passed in pain in my bed, they let her down twice and we lost our sweet sweet girl, the foreign vet didn’t even want to come to phone to talk to me, the service was horrific, there’s so much more they failed on, my beautiful girl died through needless negligence, this has to stop

This company alledgedly is a sub company of PDSA but work out of hours for the public at reduced costs! the care you receive from Vets now and PDSA is the difference between switching a light off, one cares one doesn,t. We unforetunately had to take our 2 yr old Pekingese to Oldbury on Saturday 13th April 2019, and was given an appointment for 8:00pm but didnt get seen until approx 10:00pm. Our dog was haunching his body seeming like he was trying to poo, which we explained to the foreign vet. she immediate asked has he eaten a bone, we said we dont give hime bones. She called me stupid. then procceeded to put him on fluids and would assess him nex day has his stomache was severely bloated. We went home! Sunday 14th we were contacted very early by another vet who said storm was severely ill and would not make the next hours if he did not operate, or he could euthanase. he continued to say he did not want to do this has Storm was 2 yrs old and wanted to operate..... We told him to continue. ^ yrs later we were contacted by him telling us Storm was up, eating and well and he had to drain 2 kg of water from his stomache and found 5 stones. he reassured us he would be home tommorow or the very next day after the lab had diagnosed the stones as he thought thay were to do with his metabolisim.... We thanked him very much and began to feel better. then on Monday 10:00 ish the abrupt lady vet phoned saying Storm is critical and didnt you get phoned last night around 1:00am we said no we didn't, and went on to say we need to considere euthaniasia. We argued why were we told yesterday that he would be home today.... she continued saying he's very poorly and has severely health issues. We attended at there given time in the afternoon, they took me, son and daughter to the cages where he was. On arrival it was apparent he was dehydrated and no water was present, there was no mediacation being administered, on seeing us he tried to raise his body and kept collapsing i broke down upset asking what has gone wrong since yesterday and also asked why he had no water to drink because his tongue was stinking out approx 10" in length..... the vet siad he seemed like he did not want any water, I shouted get some water she brought it and we gave storm comfort and he lifted his frail body and began to drink. She also came back perturbed with food. But the damage was already done! Storm began screaming in severe pain, the noise was horrific and did not stop. its a pain i have seen in humans and can only explain as septic shock in the body! The abrupt vet who telephoned us earlier decided to show herself and say we need to terminate.... we argued about what i have stated above. She said he has numerous health problems and something may have gone wrong with hos castration and asked me who did the operation. snapped at her you did the operation at Wolverhampton and she walked away as she was inundated with other dogs in need of immediate attention and she was the only senior vet visible to us as a family, may be it was because it was there were understaffed, not sure but it was very evident she was under duress. The girl vet who fetched our water and food totally disregarded the others words and said we will keep going as long as we can with him and this gave us more hope that he would come home. Within 2 hours the Abrupt lady vet called our home again, the scream from Storm were eveident in the room and were even more disturbing. she said we need to euthanaise. I got in the car and drove to PDSA Oldbury that VETS NOW frequent as A seperate company but they use the same contact numbers etc, in fact its alledged they are the same company but keep things seperate because of public funding! On my arrival I booked in I could here the screams from Storm from the reception and it was even more horrific and other custermers were concerned at the noise. I asked the lady on reception not to move hom but she said they are busy and we could not go to the back again and also they need to find a room for him to be terminated. the noise and waiting continued for another 15-20 minutes. it is my opinion they had moved him hours before because they needed the cage for other paying customers. I could here the screams coming towards where I was sitting by room 6 and someone opened the door and said the words I had been craving for 30 mins STORM WHEELER. I got up turned around and everyone in the waiting room who had been commenting about the noise reailised it was our dog who had filled their ears with screams of pain. On entering the room their was only a lady present and Storm was flailing around in agony. i grabbed him because I wanted to comfort him and ease his pain. He clearly didn't recognise me and immediately bit onto my hand on contact with his body and locked on to ease his pain. Tears, worry, pain etc continued I asked the lady where was the Vet. She said theres none available. I continued for over 5-10 mins trying to console Storm and shouted angrily at the lady get a Vet now, She was visibly suffering along with me and kept leaving the room on several occasions to console herself and try to get a vet. eventually Someone enetered the room and said sign here.... I said was you the one who did storms operation, he said no. and began unfolding a drip bag with a needle on the end of the tube and put it into storms rear end and i screamed waht are you doing because Storm began screaming even more and was in more pain. I call him the man because he was clearly not a Vet, Why was Storms canula sealede up with plaster tape and was earlier in the afternoon when we visited as a family, 3 of us saw this! We have taken several pets to be put to sleep and other Vets have used canula in the vein and its over in seconds, easing the pet and the families pain, but not the man he continued squeezing violently on the drip bag, Storm screamed even more and the tutrture continued. The man was clearly out of his depth and decided to do end our beautiful 2 yr old Pekingese life in this most barbaric way. Obviously I was crying, perturbed, upset, bewildered at what had happened in this institution that proffeses to be the ultimate carer of pets and begs for peoples donations, even more so people leave their homes and bank accounts to them on condition they take care of the pets they have left behind. I have always said if I was wealthly when i die I would do the same but not now!!........ We are now in the last few days of September and after contacting PDSA I have been banded around their systems being pushed from pillar to post begging for answer as to what and why it happened. The PDSA main commander has recently intervened by telling us to take them to court, After months of being sidelined and passified by area manager Hazlegrove, Who has produced a report to us saying waht happened and asking us to visit the centre of execelence to console us!!!! Mr Hazlegrove neglected to put in the letter what he told me over the telephone that the people that looked after Storm have gone on SICK and the man that barbaricaly terminated him as left the company. Basically they all poo in the same pot, because RCVS have said they cant intervene, the charity solicitors/mediations have said we can only speak with them. Mr Hazlegrove and PDSA have sent me several leaflets telling me to go to mediation, so has mentioned above, charities and their subsiduories and colleagues who poo in the same pot are closing us down and we as a family are devasted, disgusted, and are determined to get justice and answers what has happened under the umbrella of this caring pet charity. Needless to say our fight goes on, we have inquired with several solicitors and no one will assist in these cases. If anyone with a conscience who works within these practises or are involved with them agree with what has happened would you kindly get in touch to explain, because we need closer and has mentioned PDSA have closed ranks against us with everyone and VETS NOW have never acknowledged our emails, phone calls. It beggars belief. Kind Regards Adrian Wheeler
