Very good service but very expensive even just for consultation. For humans emergency dental/medical consulting is cheaper.

I had to rush my 19 year old cat to Vets Now just after midnight. The vet we saw was so kind, caring and gentle with my old boy. We remained there for a couple of hours for observation to ensure he didn't react to the analgesia, given his age. The nurses were very friendly and provided me with a hot drink while we were waiting. Only downside is the expense of out of hours consultations for our pets, but I am guessing this is the same whatever veterinary services you use.

The staff were all compassionate. I got the seperate cremation and within that they put in the parcel a forget me not card and flower seeds. A sympathy card. 2 key rings with the fur and 2 pics with her paw prints. They made the loss easier and more special. Would recommend them to anyone xx

Administrative staff were very helpful on our arrival, as it was an emergency we were quickly taken in to a consultation room where my dog was assessed by the veterinary surgeon. He was very professional, courteous and understanding and we felt confident in leaving our beloved pet in his care. We were kept informed of her care during her time in hospital by telephone from another veterinary and on collecting our pet to bring her home, the staff were exceptional and informed us of the next steps to take in follow care. You could see that they were all very genuinely concerned about our pet and wished us well in her recovery.

Our cat needed oxygen and pain relief after developing a blood clot in her paw. Vets Now were available, friendly and capable. We were warned about the cost, and every cost was itemised. It was expensive but it saved our cat and we can’t ask for more than that.

My dog mollie suddenly became very ill i called the out of hours and spoke to kind lady who advised to bring her straight in. It all happened quickly mollie was seen by a vet who was lovely kind and considerate of my feelings he explained mollie had suffered a prolaspe. In the end i made a difficult decision to have her put to sleep again the vet was brilliant and talked me through the process putting me at ease. Every one including the lady on reception were fantastic from start to finish. A week later i received a card offering condolences containing seeds to be planted in mollies memory. Great job at a difficult time.

Very expensive for a 5 consultation! Poor advice from the vet, palmed off with a controlled drug which wasn’t lisenced to use on cats! Advised to go to our normal vet in the morning and they had no problems with investigating the problem and diagnosis.

The vet who treated Libby was very good and very compassionate and done his job perfectly . The receptionist on the other hand was only interested in mentioning money and was incredibly rude on our exit making us feel more upset than we already was, she was clearly only interested in us spending more money on a x-ray that Libby didn’t need making us feel we wasn’t putting Libby’s best interests first although we had already seaked the vets advise. She was very cold hearted and we feel very sorry for anyone who has to deal with her with their beloved pets.

Excellent care, very gentle with my nervous cat, and they take the time to explain things carefully to distressed owners.
