“Your vet was only interested in how much money he could make he showed no interest in my dog she was frightened and in destressh he showed no duty of care in am totally discussed”

Hi Mr Cummings, I'm sorry to hear you didn't have a positive experience with us, and I'm disappointed that you didn't find us to be compassionate as it's one of our core company values. It's true that out of hours emergency and critical care for pets is expensive, just as it would be privately for human patients, and our clinical teams are on hand throughout the night and at weekends, whether we treat one pet or several. “Wonderful vets. Very compassionate and reassuring. We were seen straightaway and our cat was checked over thoroughly. Luckily she was fine. Had a follow up call the next day to make sure all was well. Thank you.”

“Very helpful and conciderate. Took time to speak us through everything that would happen and gave us plenty time after Betty was sleeping to spend with her and to start taking it in. It was a VERY sad time but I felt we were treated kindly and with respect.”
