“Too expensive, cashing in on someone’s grief ! Too rigid Re pick up times Too many things charged for like booking in fee and prep for insurance company. Other vets don’t do this.”

“I found the staff to be very unprofessional towards sick animals felt like the vets didn't really care and all they was interested in was money the vet insisted I returned to the practice first thing in the morning but after the way I felt about the vets i refuse to use them again as I just felt like a number not a person with a poorly animal . When all the vet was talking about money and never once mentioned what was wrong with my poorly cat.”

“Yer good service, was really good with dealing with my poorly cat , although the price they charge is outrageous and has to be paid there and then , they have you over a barrel cause you have no choice if you love your pets”

“We bought Sid in a he had just been hit by a car. Within 5 minutes of arriving he was hooked up to all sorts of life saving & monitoring equipment. The prognosis was very poor in the first 24hs was very poor. The care he received was second to none. The vet and support staff were brilliant. Sidney has gone on to make a full recovery. I can't recommend then highly enough.”

“Lovely staff good customer service but the price prohibits keeping pets, this was over two weeks of our family living allowance and we had to use our daughters DLA money to pay for the treatment of our rescued cat!!”

“Regardless of the fact my little puppy died it was through no fault of theres they were there for me as soon as i walked in the door and took her straight to be cared for they were both efficient and caring and kept me updated with an explantion in english so I understood what was happening and as i said even though my little girl died i could not have ask for it to be dealt with any better so thanks guys for all who helped care for my little chanel in her final hrs i would also like to add the receptionists are also getting five stars from me as when i came in to pay my bill and put in my insurance forms they were so helpful which I truly appreciated at that awful time so to both vets and nurses and receptionists a BIG THANK YOU 💖👍”

“Mabel was a very healthy basset hound during her 16 years! But when the time came to put her to sleep, the support we received in reaching that decision, and the care and compassion from the vet and nurse, helped more than we can say. Thank you all.”

“Awful. Terrible! Vet told us that we had to get in ASAP as he could die... Only to leave us waiting for hours to be seen. Night vet was completely useless couldn't even find a vein. Bruised him to bits then blamed him for moving (which he didn't) Went to another vet and they told use how badly bruised he was and how he had very prominent veins. The night rates are stupid money! £200 to see a woman who can't even read a chart it's just wrong. My cat suffered unnecessarily because of her!! I'd rather die than visit your establishment again!! Should my animals be in need of treatment I will be driving out of the city. When he was transfered he was discharged. And I was told that all of that stress was totally unneeded. The AWA 2006 states that causing unnecessary suffering is illegal!! Furthermore the "vet" was nothing but patronising. I have an animal bio bsc. I don't appreciate being lied to about toxicology and blood work. I also read his chart and she'd even lied on his notes!!!”
