“Whitefield branch ,Very fast service ,lovely staff even though it's expensive but as it was 7pm and our vets had just closed was only option .but very satisfied.”

“Visited Hemel Hempstead surgery. I appreciated the clear directions for travel given on the phone and advance information about the out of hours fee. The receptionist and the vet were friendly and professional. The vet quickly diagnosed the problem and explained the possible cause and treatment. Treatment was very effective and our dog has now made a complete recovery. I have no hesitation in recommending Vetsnow.”

“They treated my more precious animal Tyson when he took poorly. They gave him 5 star treatment and even though he didn't come home. They made the most difficult decision in my life bearable. They gave my Tyson a lovely send off.. I can't thank them enough and so glad they where there when I needed them.”

“Really lovely and caring staff but was disappointed that they only had Snowy for two hours then put her to sleep. Perhaps she couldve been checked more regularly. Also was not given a diagnosis of what likely caused it and the body was not cleaned up before being returned to us for burial. Thought the charge of keeping her in all night was slightly unfair considering. However I am glad she was kept comfortable.”

“My poor daughters dog was severely constipated and on taking him here Saturday the Vet was very blasé in saying he would be fine just need to be kept hydrated and given treats my daughter questioned this and pointed out that A, her dog wasn’t eating and B, why would she give treats surely he needed to pass what he’d already consumed ... he hadn’t been to the toilet in days! The vet then advised just to give a bland diet! My daughter asked about medication to help with the obvious discomfort but the vet said no he’s fine my daughter asked about any home remedies that she could give him and again the vet said not to worry about anything like that, he would be fine! My daughters dog died literally less than 48 hours later!!!!”

“Called as my eldery dog was in extreme pain and knew it was the end for her. The gave me the address then called to ask if i had left because they couldnt see me for a couple of hours and gave me the number of another vets. We called it was closed. Called back to be told to go to another branch of vets now. Very distressing time made much more stressful than it should have been”

It's extremely unusual that we wouldn't be able to see you in an emergency, and it may have been because of another surgical emergency which may have required all hands on deck to treat. In these rare cases we always suggest alternative Vets Now clinics, and with 56 across the country there is usually one not too far away. “the nurse was not very helpful at all. although all of the staff were very friendly and kind, she was adamant that my dog was okay when he very clearly needed to be treated. we took him to the PDSA the following evening where they gave him an injection and medication.”
