“Extremely happy with how they handle the situation with my dog :) very professional and very kind! He usually hates vets but was receptive to the vet this time as she was warm and friendly. It was a great experience given the stressful circumstance.”

“Had to bring my 11 year old staffy in with breathing difficulties. Unfortunately she was so unwell we needed her put to sleep. The vet and the nurses were fantastic with not only my poor pup but myself and my children. We were not rushed we were allowed to fuss her and say our goodbyes she was given a treat and made to feel special in her final moments. We were all truly looked after.”

“Had to call in on Sat 17/2 after our 19 years old cat - George - suffered a severe convulsion - unfortunately it was his time. On arrival both my daughter and I had tears in our eyes and we were very quickly ushered to a consulting room. The 3 lovely ladies we met treated George and us with full dignity and compassion at a very sad time for us all. George was treated with love and compassion until the very end. We were given clear instructions on how to get to Colwyn Bay and the fees explained to us on the phone. Thank you SO very much to the three ladies on duty at Colwyn Bay that night - I will not forget what you did and how you did it. Dave Hughes, Anglesey”
