“I felt that the first vet we saw lacked compassion and understanding for our situation. His sole focus was on finances and he repeatedly told us that our puppy could die before any test had been carried out, causing us significant distress and upset. Our puppy is 12 weeks old now and completely healthy.”

“We visited the surgery on the Sunday morning the vet we saw was not very helpful and seemed to just do the bare minimum to get rid of us. We had to return later that day and the vet we then saw was more than helpful and was kind.”

“I was told my puppy is in such a horrible shape that she might not make it through the night. They were talking about the shape of her head. Yet my thriving puppy is fine and that is just the shape of her breed. I did not know this at the time though so there was a lot of unnecessary upset.”
