“Both the nurse and get we saw were absolutely fantastic. Brilliant with our dog and lovely with us too. They explained everything well and really took care of us. Not quite full marks as reception area did not feel clean and smelt strongly.”

“This was a very difficult time for myself and my family as our dog had to be put down. However the staff from the receptionist to the vet who dealt with our dog and explained everything were very considerate and informative which made a difficult time that little bit easier.”

“Very good service. All the staff were particularly helpful and caring of our cat and the situation from the moment we made the phone call to all of our communication over the phone and in the vets. Michelle the vet at the Hemel Hempstead branch and her team were fantastic and we were very grateful for all they did.”

“I rang as my puppy was sick and there was worms in, i asked what i should do and the male on the phone explained i should come in. It was hard for me to get in so early in morning (1 ish) i rang again explained again and to ask if it was reallly an emergancy or could i wait until the morning, the male again said i really should go in but if i didnt i need to monitor her. I came because he made me feel as though it really was an emergancy. After seeing the nurse she told me worm infections are something they dont have the medicines to treat there. Why was i told to come in then because the male on the phone made me feel like it would be bad if i waited for my own vet, even though im sure hes aware that they dont have the medicines for that. To pay £190 and not get the problem solved there and then, leaving with my dog in the same condition as she would have been if wed have stayed home is very frustrating for me. This was a dishonest service to me because he should have not got me to come in with the things i had told him. I would live to think im going to get some sort of money back. Would not trust this again if they cant treat my dog once she gets there”

“Vet Michelle and her colleagues were absoultley amazing. We wasn't sure if Desmond would make it home from the moment he arrived they were so professional and importantly gave our dog the tlc he required. They have gone above and beyond their duties. She even came in on her off duty to see us and Desmond before he left the service was outstanding.”

“They were brilliant with our little Schnauzer Archie , we needed emergency vet care as our dog was very very sick , and they took Archie in even though the paperwork had not arrived from our vets immediately , they took him in for 36 hours and gave him pain relief and much needed fluids , and we collected him very early hours next day and they welcomed us and had everything ready for us to take Archie go our vets , they were very professionsl and caring and compassionate and made a big fuss of Archie ! Thankyou go. lol the vets and nurses for all your help st our hour of need with our beloved dog xxxxxx”

“We were able to go to Vets Now immediately when we needed care for our dog on a Sunday eve. They were very kind and caring and we even got a cup of tea! I feel we had very good advice and the correct help and medication which got us through a night we were dreading due to pain. Many thanks Vets Now.... great Job”
