“Although this was an extremely distressing time for us they made us feel at ease and we wer confident they did the best for jak. They even rang my family in Spain to explain the situation. Even after the treatment the aftercare is amazing. They went above and beyond And we highly recommend them”

“Didnt give plasma transfusion as said they would told us had none in the building but found out 2 days later by a different vet when our dog was critical again that its always in stock so had to get a bag rushed over to my own vet to carry out the transfusion then said it was free as a goodwill gesture!! Not happy as should have been done!”

“Vets Now were incredibly efficient at a time when I was extremely concerned for the well-being of my cat. The lady who helped me was knowledgable and gave me a thorough explaination of what was happening. She worked quickly, so I was in and out in a relatively short period of time late at night. I was reassured that they had Pickle’s best interests at heart.”

“We were seen quickly and efficiently. The vet was great with our puppy and when he had an accident the nurse cleaned it up for us. The treatment he got worked quickly and the vet was very understanding of our worry about our baby boy!”
