“Very helpful staff. Made us feel welcome and put as at ease in difficult time when we were worried about our lovely dog. Can’t fault them. The receptionist(sorry but I can’t remember your name) was an absolute gem. Even offered and made us a cuppa which was mostly appreciated. I wish more services were delivered in a manner we experienced at the surgery. Thank you millions.”

“Great service and great animal care but very pricey. I suppose there isn’t many options when you are in crisis and need veterinary care. Moaning aside, they do work hard to get you all the best treatments and options available.”

“Reception staff were excellent, welcoming, empathic. Vet was thorough, explained every well. Emailed me the report on request which was a big help as I had an early appointment at our own vet. I printed this out and took it to the vet.”

“Amazing!!! The 2 ladies dealing with our pregnant Frenchbull dog were great! She had to have an emergency csection & they really looked after her & did there very best for her & her pups! I think there names were Maria-Rosa & Sophie! We are very greatful.”

“Well, the outcome was not happy, but the vet was excellent, he explained all the options, but we all knew what the final result was going to be, and my pet was euthenised with care and compassion.”

“Professional friendly staff, put me at ease as soon as I walked through the door, my dog was seen very quickly and treatment was sorted within 15 mins of arrival... couldn’t recommend them enough! Deserve more than 5 stars.”
