“They are ridiculously expensive. How can they justify it? The rest of us work out of hours for normal money but they have you over a barrel. Not fair. The receptionist was nice though.”

“I used your practice on a very hard night, Sept 15th. My darling KC Cavaliar was run over and killed and you were the only point of call to help me. I transported his body to you with a supportive friend and the girl I saw to discuss cremation was very patient and very kind. Its what I needed. I could take as long as I wanted with him and I got to say goodbye privately. The help, empathy and care I and Koopa recieved was excellent. Thank you so much. Regards Jessica Mills”

“St Anne’s a VERY clean & good vets practice. This out of hours visit was MEGA expensive!!! Altho vet in attendance fine, unless it’s a dia circumstance I won’t use again”

“I have had a few pets that have went over the rainbow and the service you provided was very good most of the people I spoke to sounded sincere, only once did I feel like it was just another day at the office for the person in the other end of the phone, that did upset me about.”

“Not happy with service or surgery would not use u again and would not recommend u to anyone had to have surgery done again by another vet and my dog caught kennel cough by another dog in waiting room so sorry but it was my worse nightmare felt I'd let my four legged friend down lucky she survived the ordeal roo Mouland”

“Absolutely amazing experience with vets now on how they handled Bella - however was quoted more then what me and the vet discussed and was promised a call back to discuss the charges bit this never happened”

“The service was excellent from the first point of contact to the visit to the on-call emergency vets. I would like to mention that Peter who answered the phone to me was so caring and really tried his best to help me with ideas about how to actually get Max to the surgery. Emma and the staff at the vets were also lovely, and gave Max excellent care.”

“Whilst minding my brothers dog, after surgery at another practise, the dog went into toxic shock. The vet on call was excellent and spoke with my brother, who was working abroad, at length and was very thorough in her explanation and reassuring what was best for dog. I found her very supportive to my husband and i and honest but in a very caring way”
