They dealt with my dog's emergency efficiently and with empathy. They did all the paperwork to claim for the payment while I was not able to. The vet and nurse were both fabulous with my nervous rescue dog.

Couldn’t be happier with the service I received at VetsNow. The girls were all lovely, and made a big fuss over my dog. He’s feeling much better now.

I found the reception staff to be extremely pleasant and nice on the phone and in person. This really made a big difference to my experience. I liked how when I rang up to check on my pets progress over night it was met with genuine niceness and staff took time to speak to me.

Completely put our minds at ease. Very professional. Treated our dog so kindly. Spoke in a manner we were able to understand and kept us updated throughout. Prompt efficient service. Couldn’t have wished for more. Our thanks to the vet and nurses there.

The staff at this clinic are pleasant and polite. They go that extra mile to reassure you. I felt so relaxed leaving my little dog there. They were quick to resolve the issues with my dog and i believe saving his life. They called me and let me know how he was which made me feel at ease.

Many things made me happy about Vets Now. Michelle, the vet who treated our dog was delightful, warm and enthusiastic. She kept us informed of what she was doing and why and the potential cost. Our dog as very well treated. The facilites were wonderful. An open, calm, spotlessly clean space with free drinks and toilets. Free car parking on site so no searching for a spot and then walking/carrying a distressed animal. And for an out of hours visit on a Sunday reasonable, fully itemised prices. We have paid much more for less. Overall very satisfied.

Fantastic service, all staff offered their support and sympathy, Can’t thank them enough for giving me enough time to say my final goodbyes to my dog it made the grieving process a little easier. I was given a sympathy card with my dogs paw print inside and a little bag with her hair in something I will treasure for life thanks to Vets Now. Words can never describe how much I appreciate all they’ve done for me.

Saturday night Sunday morning called the vets hospital at Charing Cross Glasgow, my wee cats was straining whilst doing the toilet had to take him down to the hospital they had him checked him over, gave him couple of jags and anti-inflammatory and pain killer injection, as they think might have wee infection in his bladder .... but, the quickness and attention he got, brilliant absolutely fantastic and the vet was fantastic also... can’t say thank you enough he means the world to me and I am sure Zeppelin if he could talk is thankful as well... again thanks

Bit brutal when they shaved my dogs neck to take blood. She was bleeding after the shaving and I felt this was unnecessary since it wasn't a life or death emergency.

Hi there, I'm so sorry to hear you found this distressing. As part of our standard diagnostic tests, it's necessary to do a blood test to ensure we can rule out common emergency conditions which might not be immediately obvious. In order to do this we need to take the blood from the most prominent vein in the neck, and to do this we need to shave the area. I'm sorry if you felt this was unnecessary. Kind regards - Kirsty

Service was amazing. Friendly vet and staff who explained issue clearly and calmly. Would be 5/5 if not for extortionate cost- £180app (114 first dog +60 second dog). Treatment extra total £400.
