“They advised straight away over the phone and I decided she needed a vet and they saw her straight away even though it was 1 am.made sure my dog treated straight away as she was in pain”

“Unfortunately, we had to visit Vets Now Glasgow with our German Shepherd, Cody. She'd had cancer for a few years and very quickly took a turn for the worst and we had to make the horrible decision to put her to sleep. We arrived at the practice on 09/06/18 at around 5pm, in tears, to be met by the receptionist (I'm sorry but I can't remember her name) who very quickly showed us to a quiet area of the waiting room whilst we waited for the vet. We waited less than 5 minutes for the vet to come out (I can't remember his name either) and we were shown to a room. Both the receptionist and the vet that night made what was already a very distressing time for us that little bit easier by being extremely caring and compassionate. It's clear they love their jobs, both the good and the bad. We were given as much time as we liked with Cody, and when the time came, the vet was very patient and calm with her. Although we would obviously rather not have had to take her, the staff we dealt with that night, helped us to get through it.”

“Great care from the staff, very friendly and put my mind to rest about my dog, my only fault was the out of hours payment, £182.42, seems very steep to me, but apart from that very happy”

“When I took Archie in he was in such a bad way. They came out and put him straight on oxygen. They explained the position and offered bloods but also provided advice. It made a very difficult decision a little easier. Very understanding and respectful.”
