“Very expensive had a long wait and vet was only available for treatment by phone. Cat was discharged to our vets care before vets was open so cat was in a terrible state be for vets opened. Would try to avoid if pets were poorly again. Very stressful”

“Excellent from start to finish. Courteous, efficient, and friendly staff. They dealt with an emergency visit to a strange vets in a very reassuring manner and I really appreciated that, a big thank you to all the vets and veterinary s nurses”

“Very efficient friendly team but expensive because they are an emergency service therefore acceptable but to then be charged a further £16 to sign an insurance claim (insurance companies will not accept claims woihout a signature and stamp) which is non refundable by insurance leaves an unpleasant taste - just greed”

“It’s a shame this is the only vets available after hours , make u feel like a hindrance and they are totally uncaring , more interested in making sure they get paid rather than looking after your pet ..”

“Absolute disgrace. My Dog was brought in as emergency to be pts as had brain tumour and went down hill dramatically . Vet tried 3 different legs to find a vein ...couldn't ...I eventually told him to leave her alone and drove yo my own vet 20 miles away and was the most traumatic experience of my life . I don't think he was a qualified vet. Thankfully my vet sedated her and let her go peacefully . NEVER AGAIN AND WILL TELL OTHERS TO AVOID AT ALL COST. Also was told I would pay over 250 pounds for the farce . My own vet charged me 80 .”

“The lady vet was 👍great. The male vet tried to con me out of £60 yeast test plus consult when he could have just tried the ear drops. On returning home I asked for a call back. No callback.”

“Vet care was good and I understand the need for higher prices to pay locum rates, rent of premises etc. However, there is no excuse for drugs being almost four times the usual price.”

“The care & treatment given to my cat Jerry was outstanding. He had been missing for 4mths & was handed into the vets very unwell with a poor outlook of euthenasia as the best option. I had a few hours with him before he passed away peacefully & pain free thanks to the vets.”

“I had to visit the vets as an emergency as our cat had been hit by something probably a car, his back end had completly gone. The vet told us to bring him straight up and he was seen the moment we bought him in. We were informed of everything they were doing, explained thoroughly the vets experienced and honest opinion on our boys injuries, the extent of them, the treatments available and the costs.After a long and difficult discussion, due to the extent of my cats injuries he had sufferred head trauma I decided it was best to say goodbye to him. The vet and the nurse could not have been more sympathetic or reassuring to me and my daughter. Everything was explained to us, there was no rush to say our goodbyes, I cannot fault the surgery or any of the staff during this difficult and precious time. A week on we received a beautiful card and some forget-me-not seeds in memory of out beautiful boy. A gorgeous final touch from all the staff at the surgery. I appreciated more than anything the vets honesty towards my boys injuries, a true gentleman. Thank you. I would highly recommend this surgery to any pet owner.”
