Happy is not quite the right word, but extremely efficient in putting my lab down and managing the cremation. Thanks!

The lady vet gave me professional advice without worrying me and making expensive unnecessary investigative treatment! My dog recovered and I am happy!

All staff were friendly and welcoming however, upon seeing the vet I was in there for not even 5 minutes and asked a couple of questions then told to just keep an eye on my dog. I didn't feel satisfied with this service when I was charged £125. These questions could have been asked over the phone and I feel that should have happened instead i was told to come in asap and I had to quickly find a lift to and from the vet as I don't have a car and got charged for a five minute appointment of questions that did not need me to go in. I think the vet should review if it is necessary for an animal to come in to the out of hours practice before booking them in. I felt I wasted the vets time that could have go to another appointment that an animal did need urgently.

Very impersonal, rushed and very expensive for 10 mins with the vet

The vet showed great empathy & understanding when we brought our dog in one Sunday afternoon when she had collapsed suddenly. He was still on duty when we were able to collect her in the evening and explained all he had done for our dog and advice on what’s best for her. Great service when you need it most.

The vet and staff were so kind and helpful. They accommodated my daughter in a wheelchair too. We were so relieved to be able to get help for our guineapig. She has fully recovered now. Thankyou!

Reassuring on the phone, clear explanation of what was going to happen. Vet was superb, sad outcome but inevitable in the situation. Couldn't ask for a more peaceful end for my beloved horse.

Took my 19 yr old cat Alice to them at St Anne's Vets in Eastbourne on a Sunday afternoon with sudden emergency. Don't want to go into details but the vet and receptionist were so kind to us. The vet (I think his name is Adam) laid out our options and allowed us time to make the kindest decision. He then allowed us more time with Alice until we were ready to leave her. Lovely people and unbelievably kind not only to Alice but also to us.

Sadly lost our kitten due to an accident. The vets was more than accommodating however, I did not like the attitude of the receptionist, wasn’t sympathetic or empathetic at all to the situation and treated it strictly as a business transaction.
