“This is my 2nd visit to Vets now and all I have is praise for them. My dog has cluster seizures and they deal with her promptly. Only thing it is so far away.”

“I called late on a sat night explained I was unable to get to a vet with my dog as I was alone with 4 children and no help was advised needed to get to get and quoted prices. Due to stressful situation a bit of empathy and understanding would of helped not a robot. Will never call for help again”

“Our dog had grabbed some dropped grapes and eaten them. Vets Now took great care of him and explained all that needed doing and our options. Thankfully Frankie had no I'll effects and was right as rain the next day.”

“This was an emergency appointment out of hours and the response we had was very good albeit very expensive!! Time spent in consultation approx 20mins. As this is the chosen practice that covers our own vets there is no choice but to use them for continuity of care for your pet as they report back to your own vets if you should need a follow up.”

“Our dog was given unnecessary medicine that made him worse. The vet insisted on giving him.an opiate pain killer, despite me saying I didn't think he needed them. He reacted very badly with rapid breathing and panting for hours afterwards. The vet admitted the reaction was due to her musjudginghis pain levels so too much drug was given. We went to the emergency vet to hekpoyr dog and instead he left in a worse state and cost us £170.”

“My puppy was very suddenly taken ill with pneumonia. He was transferred from my vets to Vets Now as he needed to be observed overnight. He ended up spending 2 nights at Vets Now. They kept me well informed and I was able to visit him whenever I liked. He made a full recovery largely due to the care he received at Vets Now.”

“Super hard time for me vet wasnt so warming towards this i also had a oustanding bill what was going to be paid 2 days later but kept saying this needs to be paid for wasnt very nice at the time to here also felt rushed id drive furter if needed out of hours again altho the 1st time we went in the lady was nice”

“We found all of the vets very professional and also very understanding about how we were feeling. It was an emergency and they saw us as soon as we walked through the door. They let me hold my darling cat while we put him to sleep and gave us time with him after. Very understanding.”

“I thankfully didn't have to wait too long. The consultant who examined my cat was fantastic. Calm, friendly and sympathetic. My cat has a difficult time with people she doesn't know but he had a lovely manner which put us both at ease. Thank you so much.”

“I would recommend this vets to all i came as emergency as my beautiful cat was very poorly the staff calmed me down and although i had to put my cat down the staff handled the whole situation with extreme care and dignity x”
