Was fast service and good advice and help .the only thing I think is the charges of appointment are way over the top just to see emergency vet, lucky me I have insurance but but people on low wages

Went to Vets Now on an emergency on Saturday afternoon for my cat. I was able to get an appointment straight away. Can’t thank them All enough for the friendly & caring way they treated us and our dear Cat. Its a worrying time when our beloved pets are ill, They put us at ease and she is now it seems on the way to recovery. Thank you again x

My dog was treat by your vet for gastroenteritis. 26 hours later he died in my arms how satisfied can I be with that when I'm grieving for my precious boy

We were greeted by a friendly Nurse I was very anxious over my dogs illness they were very nice & friendly the vet actually got on the floor with my dog as she was stressed checked her thoroughly and reassure me hat she more than likely had gastric problem rather than Gdv

Excellent referral for our dogs cruciate problem. Fantastic treatment and outcome. Our specilaist Davinia Arnott was superb, so clear in her advice and diagnosis and completely open to questions at all times - we had confidence from the get go and the level of after care follow up was excellent. Fast written reports and insurance is dealt with super swiftly and always able to get someone quickly on the phone. Would recommend anyone who needs orthopaedics to ask for a referral for Davinia. We are so happy with how our dog is now. Was the best decision we made for her.

Very supportive service right from advice given at initial phone call. Good to receive a text with contact details and postcode, makes it easy when you're stressed and anxious about travelling a sick pet

Can't fault Vets Now, Walkden at all. From the moment our cat Buttons was transferred to them we were told exactly what what was happening to him. Despite their best efforts however we were advised that nothing could be done and it would best to have him put to sleep. They should great compassion during this process and this helped us to cope with his passing. Special thanks to vet Dita (may not be correct spelling) who was with us with us at the start and end of his his stay.

Professional and caring staff. Separate rooms for privacy. Nothing was too much trouble. Explained everything. Questions always answered. Would not hesitate to use again or recommend.

My cat was having trouble using the litter tray. Shaw vets were able to find out what was wrong with him and resolve the issue.

You mean UNHAPPY? The number to call didn’t work properly. We had to try numerous times to get through. The waiting area and the consulting room floor were covered in blood. The vet had to call Edinburgh zoo for advice and what she was given was WRONG!!! We eventually had to have my bearded dragon put to sleep as there was nothing we could do to save him. I asked if I could be with him and was told no, because she had to pass a needle up through the roof of his mouth and into his brain to ensure he was dead. I REALLY didn’t need to know this and it could easily have been done after I had been told he’d passed away, allowing me to hold him while he died. Sorry, but I was not at all impressed with the service given.

It wasn't a good outcome for me as my poor dog had to get put to sleep. I couldn't fault the vet or the staff in any way. If anyone's animal is in the care of the staff here, be assured that they are in good hands.
