“i think that of you work with animals you have to be an animal lover . I didn’t feel that with the vet we saw . Having said that , she put our mind’s at rest and did all the right checks .”

“Vet we visited , didnt seem to listen to our concerns . She didnt do anything different to what we already were. Vet looked tired and not interested. £206. 00 later we went home, not happy.”

“I took my daughter's rabbit, who was clearly dying, to vets now, to be put to sleep. After the pet was put down, I was left to wait for nearly half an hour, holding the dead pet, before I was billed and able to leave. Fortunately my daughter was not there to suffer this cruelty. I cared enough for this creature, to pay, what for me, is half a weeks wage, to give him a dignified death. I was absolutely appalled by the callous way I was treated and will avoid vets now, at all costs.”

“Great care of dog but worrying call at 7am on Saturday to ask to pick him up when we thought he was going back to normal vets. Disappointing £15 charge on invoice to submit insurance form which other vets do not charge for and is not reclaimable”

I'm sorry you feel our service is too expensive. Our dedicated vets and nurses work through the night, and weekends and on public holidays to provided dedicated emergency and critical care for pets, whether we see one case a night or several, and our prices reflect this. “Unfortunately found ourselves at the emergency vets with our beloved cat willow. I felt the vet was amazing and very sympathetic even given the fact we all knew there was very little that could be done. All options were explained and I was made to feel comfortable in my decision to have my beloved girl pts. I was allowed as much time as I needed with my girl after she had gone to say my goodbyes. Everyone was lovely and I couldn’t have asked for better care. Thank you x”

“They were easy to get in touch with, friendly and kind when we brought our cat to them. They understood his distress and saw him straight away. Hopefully won’t have to use them in the future, but if it is nessecary I will happily do so!”
