“You spent more time with my credit card than my pet. This is nothing short of emotional blackmail because we will pay anything when worried for our pets health, including the weeks rent.”

“I cannot thank them enough honestly I informed them that our coco has never spent a night without us before and the lovely ladies reassured me she would be ok, they also kept me informed on how she was doing as I was like a first time mum full of worry and panic as you can imagine. They explained everything to me bit by bit being in the mess I was in to make sure I knew what I had to do next.”

“Aidan McAliden was our vet and from first meeting him he really made us feel comfortable and assure us that they would do everything they could for my dog. Every call I had with the hospital was made by Aidan which really made me feel much more reassured as I was speaking to the vet who was looking after him and performing all his tests.”

“I would if preferred someone a bit older or someone with a bit more experience. She went straight to me not being able to do anything for Angel just to put her to sleep. I would if like it to have been explained to be better of the other opinions. I know she was hurt but she wasn’t in pain she was still content. Just wish I had waited a little while before taking her to the vets. I appreciate the card and seeds of forget me nots”

“Was so relieved, when I needed vetinary advice and treatment recently on a Sunday evening,that Vets Now at Doncaster were able to accomodate us. After phoning were told we could go immediately and seen on arrival at the practice. Both the receptionist and Vet on duty were efficient, proffessional and very friendly and ensured my pet received the best possible care and treatment. Obviously far more expensive than a visit to my local vet but neverthe less extremely reassuring there was somewhere offering an out of hours service when needed. Thankyou”

“Terrible more interested in payment upfront than care for my cat. It’s now three weeks and I have not received her remains. The cremation service said Vets now arrange delivery during daytime only and not weekends which is ludicrous when I had to pay nearly £30 extra for delivery to my home address. I’ve had to arrange for delivery to her Vets which is inconvenient and not something I want to be dealing with right now.”
