“My puppy received excellent care and treatment from this service . We were very well informed every step of the way and it was reassuring to know that she was in good hands. It did work out expensive and it may have been helpful if we had the opportunity to reduce the price by having the option of prioritising what needed to be done and eradicate any extra costs ! Nether the less we couldn’t fault the care and treatment Sally received from all the staff and in an emergency situation I would use this service again .”

“A traumatic time was made worse by the cold reception we got from the staff, especially the vet. We didn’t feel any empathy from her at all. She did not even say goodbye to us. We were not happy having to leave our beloved dog with them. We hope her body was treated with more respect than we were.”

“Took care of my dog very well comments made to us not by all staff made us feel bad and the costs of all treatment is extortionate. My dog means the world to us. Has now left us in debt.”

“I can’t comment on the vetenary care as there wasn’t enough time with the vet to do so. I’m very disappointed in the the costs incurred for the service we received. We arrived at the vet and waited around 25 minutes to see him only for the puppy to die within literally 2 minutes of the vet seeing him. If I had waited 2 minutes longer I would not have been charged the £150 for the vet to say he will not survive. I know they are a business but £150 for 2 minutes work is ridiculous!”

“I was so grateful to Pets Now for their kind, thorough and patient care with my sick kitten. I couldn’t have asked for better medical assistance and I felt confident to leave my cat with them overnight knowing that he would be safe and well looked after and monitored closely.”

“Took Bella for check up at own vets as advised following surgery by @vetsnow Friday. My own vet wants to open her up and re-stitch her as says it hasn't been done correctly at a whopping cost of £700 when we have already paid @vetsnow £1700 - took her back @vetsnow for their opinion and @vetsnow vet admitted that it has not been stitched correctly - tried to charge me for telling me so and said I will also have to pay for it to be fixed!!! No compassion, no common sense only interested in money. You have my complaint!”

“Vet was polite and informative and kept our dog in for tests etc. He was supposed to be in for 14 hrs minimum. Sent home after 4hrs. The next morning he was still showing the same symptoms so had to pay to get him seen at our normal vets emergency Sunday surgery and when they read the paperwork it transpires that our dog had been tested for things but had been given no actual treatment for his symptoms. A very expensive trip for no treatment!”

“I am very impressed with the care and treatment my 8wk old puppy received on Sunday pm. The speed in which she was seen was incredible. Also I must praise the reception staff for their concern and attention they gave me.”
