“I had to take my Guinea pig in on Easter Monday and didn’t think I would be taking her home again. The vet was lovely, explaining my options in a very caring way but we decided that the kindest thing to do was to put her to sleep. The vet took me through what would happen and I said goodbye. The whole process was dealt with in a very caring and positive manner and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again if the need arises.”

“They took excellent care of my cat and kept us informed but calm despite me being very worried about him. The vet even called at 1.30am to tell me his operation was successful. The reception staff in particular were extremely kind caring and helpful. It didn't matter what time of the dayor night I phoned.”

“Seen a vet at 5.30 pm and was refered to you for a spay. Explained why been sent to pdsa and wad told to go back to vet next day for AZALIN injection. The vet wouldnt give it beecause of the high risk of losing my girl and not a 'labelled' product. Waste of £284. Fees very expensive”

“Extremely unhappy with the service we received. Vet was “happy” my cat looked so awful when I got there as it validated the fact he’d said he looked awful! Even once he’d died you called me two days after to ask how he was!”

“Our puppy broke her leg in an accident. They dealt with her very quickly applying a splint and giving her pain control to keep her comfortable. They were very professional.”

“Very professional and friendly service. Only disappointment was the cost which seemed unnecessarily high and disproportionate to the treatment received. However, the service gave us peace of mind and was conveniently located and we would use it again as an out of hours vets.”
