“When attending with an extremely ill pet and it seems there more interested in payment and sending your pet home the next morning still extremely unwell and told to take him to your own vet to be checked is highly unprofessinal and gives me no trust in this hospital seemed to busy moving from pdsa building back to your own building to be bothered ,scanned my dog and obviously didnt notice he had a ruptured galbladder he was subsequently admitted into small animal hospital who have saved his life. I realise you were busy moving the morning he was discharged but when it's an extremely ill pet your dealing with that should be your priority not getting him out of the building and the female who called in the morning needs to have some training in dealing with the paying public was very adament we were told to pick him up at 8.30 when in fact we were told 9.30.”

“The dog was very poorly. They kept him comfortable and were very supportive of the owners. Unfortunately he passed away the next day.”

“Really could not praise your team enough!. It's not easy to deal with pet owners who are anxious about the pets wellbeing. Our CKCS had a grass seed deep down inside his ear. From the moment we contacted your team, speaking initially to Alex, we were put at ease, safe in the knowledge that all would be fine. Then off to see Timothy Townsend with the team at Wimborne, met first by a smiling professional receptionist. What an amazing team, calming and reassuring in their approach, such steady and skillful handling of our dog, Oliver. A big thank you to all those who helped us all that night.”

“I was on the situation of having to have my pet put to sleep as all dog owners know this is horrible . The vet was incredibly kind and thoughtful which made the whole process easier”

“The vet told me my cat was very ill and may need to be put down. When I visited my regular vets the following morning I was told this was NOT the case. Imagine my despair. Plus I keep getting texts saying “anything apologies for your loss” when my cat is very much alive”

“Good advice over the phone, better safe than sorry, an immediate appointment for 2 dogs, text with directions sent and minimal waiting time in a clean and welcoming waiting area. Friendly and efficient staff.”

“I had a dying cat on my kitchen floor and said I needed a vet was told to drive 10 miles to the nearest clinic - I said we couldn’t do that as it was too far so was told to get a vet nearer!!!”

Hi there, I'm sorry you feel this way. We don't provide home visits and we would always advise clients to bring their sick or injured pet to us so we can provide the correct treatment in a clinical environment. My sincere condolences for your loss - Kind regards, Kirsty

“Firstly found receptionists at Glasgow very friendly and helpful, this can be very comforting when anxious. Appointment was given within the week for Ralphy my miniature schnauzer to see a specialialist in internal medicine Scott.My dog was quite poorly at this stage and Scott was very helpful and understanding. Ralphy had a lot of investigations done and I was informed of results and plan of action by phone,and also listened to any concerns I may have. At present my dog is a good deal better on medications . I am very happy to continue to have vets now Glasgow continuous advice and support for Ralphy.”

“Staff where all professionals and showed a great deal of care and compassion to myself and my injured pet. They gave me support throughout and did a fantastic job with surgery and aftercare on Hari. I couldn’t have wished for more for my Hari’s Care. 5*treatment from 5* staff. Thank you”

“We were seen straight away both times we visited and my pet was given a thorough exam. We werent rushed and both vets seen handled my pet well so they became less stressed as the exam went on.”
