The staff that greeted us on the way in were very lovely and freindly. They took really good care of our cat Magoo. Everyone was really caring and thoughtful

Very helpful and kind staff. Vincent the Spanish vet was thorough and kind to my cat. Unfortunately he had to be put to sleep.

We took our cat in, and we found our she had kidney toxics. She had to stay in over night. The staff were very friendly and professional and glad to say my cat is getting better every day, after days on IV fluid, thank you

Kept adding money on left right and centre. Bill when from £300, £500 to Ending up being £600. But he's worth it but think for us being young and not working. Could give some leeway.

Hi Sophie and Brett, I'm glad we were there to help and provided emergency care for your pet, As I'm sure you'll appreciate, our dedicated emergency vets are on hand during the night, at weekends and all public holidays to provide this critical service to all pets. Because of this, it's true that out-of-hours care can be very expensive, which is why we always encourage the highest lever of pet insurance possible to cover for this. Kind regards - Kirsty

Our prices are reflect the fact that we offer an out-of-hours emergency service, however we do actively encourage pet owners to take out pet insurance to help cover this. Our cat was very sick when we brought her in and they acted very quickly to figure out the problem and try and make her better.

Firstly I had the abject horror of watching a vet try to PULL a dogs head through a buster collar instead of opening it up. When it was my turn to be seen the vets first option for me was to keep my dog overnight when he had only had an upset stomach and no other symptoms. My dog was then led away to be given a jag in another room away from me. I have no idea if he was actually given the jag as I did not witness it. I felt it was all about making as much money as possible and there wasn’t a genuine care for the animals. I wouldn’t go back

Very poor service on collection of our dog. Was spoke to in a side lane where it was raining and given only the briefest of details regarding our dogs overnight stay and condition. Also vet that called me this morning was very dismissive again giving me very little information.

Excellent service and lovely caring staff. My only complaint is to do with admin; I feel a £30 admin fee to submit a £700+ bill directly to the insurance company is excessive and puts an extra financial burden on clients who are already stressed - both financially and emotionally - by a pet’s illness or injury.

Great, friendly and caring staff. Looked after my poor lab with very sore ears. Was seen on the day I phoned and taken within minutes of arriving. Would highly recommend.
