“I came in very upset about my cat he had a damaged leg , the staff could not have been more helpful so caring and understanding I left feeling happy and felt like they had done everything they could to help”

“Lovely team & top class care & consideration in a difficult situation. The vets who dealt with our case were extremely supportive and provided what they could for our pet. As much as the outcome was unwanted We Appreciated this emergency service available as quick as it was so our animal did not have to suffer. Thank you”

“I was happy with the care Harley received, after been left to bleed to death at abbeymore vets , Friday and the early hours of Saturday morning are all a blur really. After constantly phoning and even a appointment Friday at abbeymore they assured me his mouth would stop bleeding. When I visited abbeymore Monday to complain and voice my strong concerns about the neglect of Harley they tried to turn the blame around to you and said there was no need to have put Harley down , I am most distressed and upset by the whole experience. I now don't know which vets to take my other 3 dogs to in the future now I'm worried about their care”

“Before they carry out anything get a price as took £1.22 pounds for putting a budgie too sleep within 15 minutes out off hours 55 pounds alone this was at 9 o'clock in morning so beware ask price first before been mugged that was without a mask .. One disgruntled customer..”

“Was annoyed by the advice to pay £250 to have my cats dangly skin removed after a cut. 2 weeks later it’s dropped off!! Think I’ll be moving vets now.”

“We as a family feel thats vets now couldn't have done anymore than they did when our beloved dog had to be put to sleep ,the staff were amazing and we cannot fault them in any way ,from the phone call to book in and to the end of the appointment ,we will definitely use them again without a doubt”

“The vets and the assistants were very caring and we felt they did everything possible for our 20 year old cat, Goldie. We would recommend the practise to anyone needing good treatment for their pet and for the care given to grieving owners”
