“Both vet and nurse were amazing, from the minuet I made the first panicked phone call to the minuet I left the clinic the service was fantastic and as a result my dog was feeling much better and we knew exactly what was wrong and the plan of action. Great service and my girl Rosie was feeling much better quite quickly as a result. Thank you!”

“The person who took our call was calm, friendly and patient. The directions were clear. The VET we seen was brilliant. Explaining everything along the way and was excellent handling Our cat keeping her calm. Our cat was completely limping and is now back to normal. Thank you.”

“We spoke to a lovely lady who was helpful, patient and extremely kind. She sorted out that the Vets called us and we were able to pick up our dogs forgotten medication on good Friday! Super service. Natalie x”

“Really nice staff. The vet Jackie at the Alfreton Clinic was so good. Very compassionate and could really tell that she was sad for me that she had to put my rabbit to sleep.”

Hi Mr Moate, thanks for taking the time to leave us your review. I'm sorry you feel this way. It's certainly true that emergency out-of-hours veterinary care is expensive - we must staff our state--of-the-art clinic with experienced clinical staff, drugs and treatment facilities whether we see one client or 20 of an evening, so this cost has to be split evenly. “The service that I received from walking through the door was fantastic, the receptionist was so helpful and friendly and the care that my cat received from the vets and nurses was fantastic. My cat now is well on he road to recovery and I cannot thank the team enough for their care and compassion.”
