“We went to Vets Now with our very poorly dog Poppy. The vet was amazing and explained everything that was wrong. The Vet also went that extra mile to make sure our dog was given her medication in liquid form rather than tablet form which she struggles with.”

“24 hour every day help is on hand by specialist exotic vets (they’ve treated our four ferrets for various ailments not picked up by other vets). Appointments are easy to get, staff are fantastic, friendly and professional. I won’t take my pets anywhere else now.”

“I took my Yorkshire terrier here on a Sunday night she was I terrible trouble and in truth all they seemed interested in was taking my money and showed little if any compassion to the point that they wouldn't even euthanasia until they had taken payment yet when I asked for two minutes to see her I was told there wasn't time following on from this I had her cremated two weeks ago also with yourselves and was told I would be contacted when she was back which was a phone call that never came and because of this delay I called them yesterday evening to be told she was there and ready to collect I collected her in a nice casket engraved with her name which is now together with her sister who died a month previous who thameswood vets dealt with in a much more sincere process all the way through and made it easier to deal with the whole situation”

“The medical service was good but the mind set of the vets was terrible, all they cared about was the cost I had to pay and what was the easiest option for them, (having my dog put down)”

“My dog became suddenly unwell on Saturday. My usual vet was closed and I was redirected to Vets Now Glasgow. The vet who dealt with us was incredible. He went out of his way to reassure me and carried out a thorough examination of Murphy. His entire manner was quiet, calm and gentle and his love for the animals in his care was a delight to witness. Thank you so much.”

“I think the vets give good emergency treatment but saddend me how much extra they charged for emergency almost 100% mark up over the estimate I was given from my own vet practice which was going to be given folliwing day but due to circumstance never worked out that way and at a stressful time thought the stress of finding a extra £650 was just holding to ransom people with sick pets I understand there needs to be extra cost to out of hours treatment but not that much and with being long term sick with no kind of benifits thus not in line for pdsa help was a real financial battle to,scrap money together”
