“They were absolutely brilliant when I phoned up late one Saturday evening after my dog had eaten something potentially dangerous. Helpful, reassuring and caring service. I have used Vets Now twice for out of hours emergencies and wouldn’t hesitate to do so again.”

“Couldn’t fault the service my little guy got, he is a very nervous bunny and after a 15min car journey he was stressed, they let me take him into a room to help relieve some stress, never seen him so petrified but staff were fantastic, only reason I am not giving a higher review is because it is very expensive, £140 before any medication, i was over a barrel with the cost as my Wee guy had to be seen”

“They acted well in an emergency late at night. Explained the sad news of my dog’s situation with care and thoughtfulness to me. Thank you. And referred him next day to an e cellent vet hospital in stirling for operation. Operation not successful. Dog paralysed for life but in all vets dealt with giving us facts and with sympathy so we could make life decisions, supporting us in whatever decision we decided to make. This was very much appreciated. our dog is coping well though remains paralysed. For this we thank the vets for their support thru difficult decisions and look to the future.”

“They have saved our cat's life. We thought she had no chance. That was amazing and we are so grateful. On top of that everyone there from front desk on was kind, calm, reliable, informative, patient. They answered all our questions and really looked after us as well as our cat. We felt they really cared about our cat as well and saw her as an individual with her own ideas and feelings.”

“Very very helpful staff on phone and in hospital, we're so good with my old staffie Leo who sadly had to be put to sleep, he will be sorely missed, girl on the destiny that Evening was lovely and gave me a forget me not seeds to plant x”

“In a nutshell you killed my african grey by using an inexperienced vet and have been lied to by senior vets to cover it up. I have since removed my 4 dogs and 2 cats from your surgery as has by daughter. The bird was put to sleep to have its wings and beak cut. This was the 4th visit by the bird and the first time it had been put to sleep. Advised by head vet that this is common practice. I have proof that since the death 2 parrots have had their beaks trimmed whilst awake. The place is a disgrace.”
