“After only putting our kitten unexpectedly to sleep yesterday, we are not in a position to complete this and perhaps the system needs to account for loss prior to sending a review. When we have come to terms with our loss we would be able to complete.”

Hi there, I'm so sorry that you recieved this review request so soon after your loss, my sincere condolences. In cases where pets sadly pass away we don't ask for feedback until at least a week after, so I'm not sure how this error occurred. We'll look into this. “I was dreading to leave my Dachshund, and best friend Dusty alone without me, but I had nothing to worry about, the staff could not be nicer and more caring, Dusty has been through so much lately and the ladies were so kind and caring, thank you for looking after Dusty while she was so sick, she is back to her old self now thanks to you all. Bless you x x x”

“Prompt friendly support out of hours, quick assessment and treatment. A little expensive but it’s an emergency service provided at times when regular vets are unavailable so I would expect to pay a small premium”

“The care they showed our dog Lacey was excellent and the compassion they showed all the family when no further treatment was available and we decided with the vets support to PTS was beyond their remit as they gave us loads of time to say goodbye. When we collected her ashes again real understanding and compassion was shown.”

“The treatment of my dog Tara was excellent. Unfortunately she had to be put to sleep during her time at Vets Now. I’m very thankful to the vets who gave her the best of care. I found them very sympathetic but professional. They made a very difficult time a little easier with their understanding. I can’t thank them enough.”

“A rush visit to vets now when our 1 year old pup had an allergic reaction. As it was out of hours vets now provided a vital service for pets which gave us great peace of mind and comet got the emergency care he needed. The allergy was treated and he was well and back to his usual self in 24 hours.”

“My Lhasa apso was admitted at 3pm on Saturday 24th June being very poorly. Had his 1st test results communicated by 7pm that evening with regular updates going forward. All staff very attentive professional and understanding. Managed to get the wee guy home the following Thursday and so far so good.”

“It was a relief to be able to see a vet out of hours and I felt that my pet was thoroughly examined and well looked after. Unfortunately the outcome wasn’t positive, but the vet explained everything to me very clear and with genuine empathy.”
