I purchased a Verisure alarm system and it immediately did not work as advertised. I spent days calling their customer services to resolve the issue and because of the poor service and rude staff decided to cancel as still in the cooling off period. Three days on no shows from them to remove the system. I have been waiting two week and still no refund and have been left with damaged walls from there the equipment was fitted and removed which I have to pay to be remains. Awful company and would never use again.

After numerous failures by verisure i have decided enough is enough i paid hundreds of pounds up front and was told i owned the equipment and they would maintain now because their service is rubbish and i want to leave because of their failures they say i have to pay them anothe 99 pounds to keep the equipment i was told was mine thats why i gave them hundreds of pounds when signing up what a rip off company i will be raising complaint with regulator i will be making a small claim at county court i have requested a data subject request to be told i can only have phone calls so that will be raised also with relavent authorities bring it on verisure im well versed!!!

Terrible customer service - waited and waited for someone from "customer service" to call us. Still waiting. There is no such thing as customer service at Verisure - may as well call themselves "people sat in chairs"

Paying through the nose for an alarm that won’t set and a 3 week wait for an 11 hr timeslot and no contact from customer care after 7 days(even though supposed to call back within 3 days.even 1 star is generous

I am so glad that I did my research on this company before going ahead with the order. Thank you so much to everyone for your helpful feedback. For anyone still fighting to cancel their subscription, I would suggest that you cancel any direct debit or standing order you have with them & ignore any phone calls, letters, emails etc. Legally they don't have a leg to stand on. It is impossible to install, system sends confirmation sms to nowhere and customer service is of no help. Waste oglf time and money!

When I saw the verisure advert it looked great especially with a 50% off offer, within minutes of my interest on line I got a call, an engineer would come and talk me through the system and if I liked what I saw he could fit my alarm the same day. HOWEVER read the fine print . The system is not yours and the salesman/fitter said nothing about this even though I'd asked what happens if I cancel the subscription so when I cancelled 2 years later they came a took everything back. What a ripp off especially as the system was so glitchy I stopped using it after a short time. I would not recommend this company. I did complain regarding this issue, but they hid behind the TS and C's , no actual care given to the mis selling .

worst service from worst people are working this company who has no basic knowledge only copy and paste brain are working. They damaged my windows now refuse to repair or compensate.. never heard company in uk does... who misled to take this service name is Hasan & Zia every new customer they can get £500 because of that they full of lie... please full of scam this company...verisure...

when I done the contract everything was OK hi told me one years so I paid for the product and it's mine afterthe bill goes more 74pound I call they and they said different things a was waiting for one years the contract is end so a ask to terminate. so they asked about the reason a told them about the price and they reduced to 54 so I said OK but it's not in contract. when I asked now to terminate because other reasons. they said a have to give notice 3 months and the price will reduce to 74 and 99 for the engineering to come and take the product that I pay.or I have to give it to someone else the service.

I’ve got no idea how they’re rated 4.5 on trustpilot. Dead technology - honestly even the most basic ring device is better in terms of functionality and quality and the whole thing is ridiculously priced.

This is the worst company in the world. Never buy any of their products or sign up for a policy with them. They try and make it virtually impossible for you to cancel the policy. They will not take any notice of an email asking them to cancel the policy and insist that you have to speak with them over the phone, but they have to call you so that they can try and force you into staying with them! if you miss their phone call then they cancel your cancellation. This can go on for months and months. They do not even turn up if your alarm triggers and their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. DO NOT LET THEM EVEN INTO YOUR HOUSE

New Customers BE AWARE! Verisure my installation number is 208309 this is not a fake review. If there is a choice to pick zero stars I would with no hesitation. Having been a customer for more than six years I finally realised that I have spent thousands of pounds to fraud company called Verisure actually I wouldn't mind to call them verifraud. Thanks to a faulty sensor on my window I found out the dark side behaviour of the company. 1 Make sure to understand that the company first move is to misleads you regarding the equipment, they are lending you the equipment you are not buying it and you will be charged more than £500.00 for a couple of hours installation more expensive than any other company on the market in UK 2 Try your services you have signed for if they work properly, even if there is a possibility to pretend someone broke into your property see if there is a guard team attending to the property. Very important. 3 Customer services and management are horrible and you never get a chance to speak to a manager, you will be told to make a request for a manager to call you back which it will take 3 to 5 days sometimes at all, (you are more likely to get to speak sooner to the prime minister than management of verisure) 4 charges per monthly are most expensive than any alarm company in UK. 5 If you decide to cancel they will mess you around, and they will get all their equipment back leaving marks damages on the wall that you have to repair yourself as they are not responsible for any damages. 6 My best advise to any new customer before they sign for this fraud company is, do your research properly before you get to sign anything with verisure. Go for a local company they are much cheaper and and they value you as a customer. 7 last one don't get carried away of they high stars reviews as most of them are forced to be written from their employees, and also fake ones. Again my installation number is 208309.

If I have to give 0 I would have done it. Don't buy Verisure services, when you wanted to finish with them all liars are sitting in customer service. They will wast your time to make them call numerous time but end result is nothing. Make sure send them email to terminate your service, if your proof also if they refused again take them to small claim court. Stay away from Verisure. Good for you and your health

Worst company ever. I have multiple commercial property accounts in Leeds with Verisure. I had travellers break into my industrial unit in January 2023. We are now in May 2023 and they have made 9 appointments to get their engineer to install some hardware. Every single appointment gets cancelled on the morning of the appointment. They do not call to let you know, I have to call myself. The latest appointment was today 06/05/2023 having booked it way in advance a month ago. If phoned 3 times this week to ensure someone is turning up and they reassured me, just to find they won't be turning up this morning. I raised a complaint several times and the area managers don't like it and take it personally to cause you issues. The fact is Verisure do not care about your security. All they want is your money. The company was great some time ago, now they have dropped. If you want to take a risk with your security, then you can be their guest and try it out. Be prepared to experience that 1 security breach, probably the only 1 you will ever have, just to find you've been let down. Or once your contracted, be prepared to make countless appointments after cancelling your schedules just to find no ones turning up and your system is still not operating. MY ADVICE IS TO STAY AWAY. Alarm was randomly triggering and the live camera stopped working. this was compounded by a rude engineer ( has visited previously) who just wanted to refute everything I was saying because it appeared he simply did not want to be here. Reason for the alarm trigger was originally given as moving branches. We moved the plant pots and cut back the bush. Then the trigger was bright light. Thus alarm has been in situ for many years ... but bright light is suddenly an issue? The sensorr has moisture inside but the engineer did not want to even take a look - just blamed i on the branches. then said it shouldn't have been mounted there - so i questioned why the engineer had installed it there. He argued that the bush couldn't have been there and when I said it had always been there he said that I knew better than him. Well in fact I do as I own the property and can confirm the bush would have been there when the Verisure engineer fitted the sensor. The reason for the live camera not working was that I had changed my broad band and had a new wifi. I could not connect the camera to the new wifi and apparently it is not something I can do but has to be done by Verisure. First I have heard about not being able to switch wifi for a device and needing to call out an engineer but so be it. I did try and explain that when it was working the image was black and all I could hear was sound. Did he bother to discuss with me - no. So none of the issues fixed and I had to ask him to leave as he was being pretty rude and his demeanour was completely negative. I have also asked for some devices to be removed as I don't see their value. I am out of contract, but supposedly as the device was part of a package I have to pay £80 to remove it. Its basically unscrewing it from the wall and removing it from my plan. In reality, they offer the discount and then try and tie you in by making it too costly to remove so you end up having to pay for it beyond the contractual agreement. Be very wary if you sign up to a package offer - it is nothing of the sort and I am sure this needs investigation under consumer rights law (which I will be following up on). Needless to say I will be cancelling and finding a different provider - although this also means providing 2 months notice - so they squeeze a little bit more from you. If you are reading this, great. You are doing your research and can make an informed decision. Personally I would not recommend that you run for the hills - or at least look at an alternative supplier or maybe not your own system

was a good company but when alarm batteries stopped work impossible to get new ones never answer phones and then when tehy call you its just to lock you into a new contract AVOID

Avoid them at all cos. This is a big scheme to sell you things at the start that they will no adhere to. Cancellation is an issue where they will require 3 months notice. They will not turn up to call outs and simple mark things as done. Terrible company

Cancelled in November 2022 I was told 3 months notice, but yet they are still trying to take money 5 months later( they have taken 1 more payment than they should have done) and now they are sending messages telling me my accounts is in arrears and I need to make a payment. Don’t think you will receive anything more from me, you owe me.
