“THE SECURITY TECH IS BRILLIANT. SERVICE A YEAR OR SO AGO WAS NOT GREAT....THEY TOOK AGES TO ANSWER THE PHONE. THEY LISTEND TO CUSTOMERS AND NOW PHONES ARE ANSWERED BY ACTUAL HUMANS (REMEMBER THOSE) IN MINUTES AND THEIR STAFF ARE KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HELPFUL. AS LONG AS THEY CONTINUE TO BE CUSTOMER FOCUSSED I'LL CONTINUE TO BE A CUSTOMER....THOUGH IN TRUTH VERY LITTLE GOES WRONG WITH THE TECH SO SHOULD NOT NEED TO AVAIL MYSELF OF THEIR SERVICE BUT ON THE RARE OCCASSIONS WHEN I NEED TO IT'S GOOD TO KNOW THEY ARE RESPONSIVE.”

“Verisure has greatly improved their service I am happy to say. We highly recommend Verisure they were quick to respond when we were slow to turn off our alarm. My husband went into hospital recently and having Verisure I felt safe and secure.”

“I filled in a customer satisfaction survey and then received 14 separate identical thank you messages all wanting me to spread my messge across social media....ARE YOU FOR REAL, you completely ignored the specific feedback message which now makes me suspect you are just an AI robot, not worth my time I am asking for the now third time for a disability aid attachment for your system to help deaf customers... Hello....is anyone there...hello....”

“A few days ago my husband got out of bed and unfortunately pressed the SOS button instead of the button to turn off the alarm and within seconds a voice came down the main control to ask if we were okay, we were of course. I am amazed at the speed of contact and we both feel very confident with the service Verisure provides.”
