Following the installation 2 cameras weren’t working. Had 4 appts to get them fixed where no one showed up. Their customer service team while being polite just pass it on (or not). Now waiting for them to contact me to arrange collection of the system and a refund - wish me luck!

Down graded to a bell only alarm, now we can't arm the alarm, and when I rang I was told there was nothing that verisure could do, it seems what we have been sold is not fit for purpose, and as such I think I am entitled to a refund. It is less than a year old.

Avoid by all means! Sales orientated company! Upon making an enquiry with them, they made me aware that I need to pay £100 which is refundable and was provided with a quote too without walking me through what the package consist of.

Alarm installed on the 21/03/2023 it stopped working on 23/08/2023. Rang verysure and was told there was no engineer to fix it for 2and a half weeks ask for a full refund and was told I can't have a refund even though the alarm is not fit for purpose. My advice is stay away
”

We have been scammed on £700. The system was installed and never worked, it took us 3 engineers and 3 calls out for them to admit it was never going to work due to signal.
They’ve decommissioned the system, left holes in our walls and have refused to refund any of the money.
It has never worked from day one we will be taking legal advice

I've repeated emailed asking them to arrange a date to remove their equipment and each time they say an engineer will contact me, but they never do! They've acknowledged overcharging by taking another month's payment but no refund given! Ph, and they still xharged ne in full the first 5 weeks despite the system not working properly!!
Oh, and the annual service included in your £36 per month contract consists of them posting you a packet of batteries so you can do it yourself!
So, if they won't collect their equipment my buyer can do with it as he pleases!! Awful company.

The worst company I have ever dealt with.
I was lied to from the beginning that the system would work in my poor mobile signal area. Constantly told different information. No one in management will deal or take responsibility.
Been waiting weeks for them to process my refund.
