Verisure UK have a Customer Happiness Grade of C. Customers love their prices and customer service but are unhappy with their refunds.

I'm an 86 year old has-been. My age, mobility and health, both mental and physical, leave me, in my opinion, as an ideal candidate for some slob to accost me; either physicaly or financially: At home or away.
Also, for the same reasons, there's a possibility I might,at any time,suffer some health dibilitating episode.
Verisure provides me a comprehensive asolution . Expensive maybe. But what price can one put on "Peace of mind" ?

I have been a customer for just over a year and in the early days I was less than impressed with the issues and attempts to resolve them. Since then the Customer service agents have improved no end and it is clear that a lot of time and effort has been invested in their training. The app which was appalling to begin with has come on in leaps and bounds and is intuitive and rarely crashes.
Media reviews have suggested that Verisure impose significant price rises after 12 months but that has not been my experience

Following the installation 2 cameras weren’t working. Had 4 appts to get them fixed where no one showed up. Their customer service team while being polite just pass it on (or not). Now waiting for them to contact me to arrange collection of the system and a refund - wish me luck!

Down graded to a bell only alarm, now we can't arm the alarm, and when I rang I was told there was nothing that verisure could do, it seems what we have been sold is not fit for purpose, and as such I think I am entitled to a refund. It is less than a year old.

Avoid by all means! Sales orientated company! Upon making an enquiry with them, they made me aware that I need to pay £100 which is refundable and was provided with a quote too without walking me through what the package consist of.
