“I've been a customer for nearly a year and I've found Verisure to be very accomodating and responsive, whenever I've had any issue they've dealth with it quickly and their alarm monitoring system is spot on. The team of technicians are knowledgdeable and quick, thankfully we've not had any break-ins but this extra level of assurity puts the mind at ease.”

“I’ve used Verisure for three years, and I’ve not had any problems with my alarm system. Recently I had my system serviced, and a young man attended. He had to check the whole system, and change batteries in the tag pad. He was never so polite, made a fuss of my dog, and my dog was so so happy his tail didn’t stop wagging. When strangers come into my home, I’m always wary and not particularly comfortable, but I felt totally fine while the engineer was here. I would definitely recommend Verisure.”

“Installed an outside security camera to upgrade existing alarm system following an attempted break in. Engineer was early completed the installation and advised on positioning. Explained the features and added the camera to my Arlo app. All set up, tested and confirmed with centre that system was fully activated. Very efficient, good product and completed installation including connection to app so it was very easy for us to use. Great service.”
