Further to my review yesterday, they called me today, no apology and called me Armstrong not my name, the salesman received the appointment at 18.30 yesterday or so he said but don't worry the back office is reviewing it .Verisure how about totally unsure.Will never use this company

I have no idea why these reviews are so bad on this site! Go to TrustPilot, you'll see actual honest reviews and thousands of them! I have been with Verisure for 6 months now. Their customer service is excellent (I actually manage a support desk for the company I work - different sector but regardless, I know what good customer service is) and I have never had any issues whatsoever with Verisure. They are very thorough. They do all the maintenance needed which is included in the monthly price (even come out to change any camera batteries when they eventually need changing although they do last!) Today I spoke to Pete to book in a second Arlo camera in the back garden and possibly a doorbell also. The alarm system is brilliant. It is subscription based (monthly) rather than yearly so if really needed, you could give two months notice and stop all payments after then. You are not tied in for a year or more. The camera's are excellent, all in all a great experience. Highly recommend.

Awful company, they pushed to disconnect our alarm, we’re not insured to do so nor are they electricians. Left damage in property, live wires in walls (could have caused a house fire), left us with no smoke detector, told me that to stop the old alarm bell ringing they can climb out the window and put it in water. Took weeks to fix everything and was down to us to sort the repair people , get our old alarm company back and waste weeks of time, stress and worry to put the items back to how it was before they entered the house. Now they refuse to compensate for all the issues! Don’t use if you value your house or safety!

I used to be a Verisure customer I asked them to downgrade my monitored moonshot Alarm I had no problems and an engineer come to my premises on the 17th of November 2022 to downgrade the system I only had to pay the engineer ÂŁ134.00 as a one off payment in full I am now the owner of the alarm System but I am on local bell alarm only and have no services with Verisure whatsoever and I dont have to pay them any more money No repairs or maintenance No Police or guard response and most of all No False Alarm Penalties or Middleman just do what I done guys.

This is a useless company when it comes to customer service, I would seriously advise anyone to look elsewhere when it comes to security. I am NOT happy with any of the services that I have received, and you can never speak to accounts or customer services if you have an issue, and they definitely don't reply to emails..! Once they got your contract and your money, they don't want to know you.

They don't reply to emails, so bad customer service. The doorbell very often doesn't work and it's a long and unnerving process if you want to end the contract. Do not use verisure guys.

All you’re is fraudulent company that aims to use security installations as a means of stealing from customers by tricks, You installed devise that never worked for a 30days continuously without a problem. Your customer service very inadequate, no customer care, not trained enough to have helpful information for customers, always referring to another invisible team that could answer questions, they only call to tick box but not really respond to customer queries Stop deceiving customer that they can cancel because your cancellation team lives on the moon which takes centuries before they can arrive on earth to answer or disconnect uncertified customers. If one is lucky to receive a call back is only when one stops these rip off from collecting direct debit. You mention it takes 3 months for cancellation to go through, what sort of rubbish is this when at the point of sell you don’t mention it You make decisions for customers not the other way round bullying customers to stick with services that are inadequate not working yet you take full amount each month when it comes to payments.

I have been trying to contact customer service for 2 months, I have sent them over 10 e-mails, they do not want to reply. They have started charging me extra ÂŁ10 per month for a service that is free, I have even sent them the paperwork to prove it. No one picks the phone up and the chat service is useless as no one even tries to talk to you.

Verisure is the worst company. Do not use them. The amount of times we had issues with the alarm not working, and when arranging servicing, they would either cancel, or advise they could not find the property. We advised them we wanted to cancel as we are leaving the country, they said they only way to cancel was for someone to call us back, which never happened and we left, and had no access to the phone number. We provided over 3 months notice of cancellation via email. as well as phone (As every time we called they said, someone would have to call us back). 9 months later they are still harassing us, and are not processing the cancellation. The worst company every, they have no morals.

Awful company. Cant get a reply to any emails or phone calls. Tried to cancel the policy after a year and was told that we cant unless we have spoken to a customer service rep! Still waiting for them to call back to 'talk' to me. Cancelled direct debit but now getting very aggressive verisure accounts people asking for outstanding money! Keep away. Dont take out a contract with verisure!

You enlist the "services" of this company at your peril! Yes, I must take responsibility for allowing myself at the outset to get swept along in what I now know to be a "bulldozer" like approach & scripted sales patter. There was a totally inadequate level of consultation - most notably the Zero Vision - an overkill in a residential property if there ever was one. I could go on.... Apart from a increasingly temperamental smart key reader, I didn't have any technical issues though I was probably only using a fraction of what the system purports to offer. From numerous trusted sources, I am advised the equipment is generally of a low standard. The real nightmare began when I decided to give notice to end the contract & prompted by 3 days notice of an increase in monthly charges of over ÂŁ10. Every attempt possible was made to keep me on board, including "magically" a reduction in monthly charges by almost ÂŁ20. I stuck to my decision & in the ensuing 3 mths. it has felt like the company was doing its best to punish me over my decision. Any attempts to negotiate with this co. over eg. matters of outstanding payments was met with a rigid & again scripted response. There was a persistent lack of response to a no. formal requests to remove 2 items of equipment ( doubtless a "useful" way to keep monthly payments higher) All of this was seriously hampered by a nigh impossibility to get through to the Customer service & E-Mails going unanswered. In sum, a company I found to be seriously lacking any authenticity or integrity.

Alarm installed perfectly. After care shocking. Was told by engineer I could get rid of smoke deterrent anytime free ofcharge(I didn't really want it fitting but he talked me round). On contacting verisure I was told it would cost ÂŁ80 to remove. Have tried to phone numerous times but gave up after 20 minutes on hold. Live chat just say they can't help and emails never get a reply. Shocking customer service. Do not use!

I am still waiting for it to be removed in the cooling off period. It has not worked from the day it was fitted properly. They do not answer any E/mails letters phone calls from you. Just want you to stay with them and try and bribe you with fee wifi. Why would I take this up when system does not work. Then tell you are you not concerned about your security, yes I am but your alarm does not work. I want it removed as soon as possible . Stay away from them it is a joke company look at all the reviews. God knows why they are on trust pilot I cannot understand.

This is the most appalling company ever. I have tried to get it uninstalled after 2nd day as not fit for purpose. They have been E/mailed and letters sent by recorded delivery since 20/10/2022. They keep changing the goalpost to receive a full refund despite being in the cooling off period. Please think twice before considering them as it is one big con, Smoke and mirrors.

Absolutely TERRIBLE company! Stay clear. We have full fibre Wi-Fi which averages 500+mbps on both download and upload, but all of their products continuously lose connection. When trying to call their customer service to report the problem, you’re on hold for 30+ minutes if you’re lucky. Couldn’t even get through to cancel my account so just cancelled the direct debit with the bank! ABSOLUTELY AWFUL! Cannot state that enough. STAY AWAY!

I feel extremely worried after reading these reviews. I only had my system installed on 22/10/2022. The door bell still not working properly, Also the Ctv unit is why I wanted this in the first place cannot be installed about a certain level. It is poor value for money . When you work in what you are paying in monthly fees So on this Basis I would like a full refund . As I have been mi sold this product. I

Verisure alarm is dishonest company They claim that they would respond to an intruder in seconds We had a burglary the burglar went through shock sensor and 3 motion cameras he conveniently burgled our house for 20 mins and then the alarm got triggered! Why was a delay of 20 mins to activate the alarm on questioning them they have a reply I don’t know!! Alarm failure of 20 minutes WHY? They claim on the tv they respond in seconds Can anyone answer this or a probability?

Whatever you do keep away from this company. They are impossible to contact i.e. they never answer the phone and if you mail them they only ever say they are dealing with your problem they never refer to specifics or commit in any way. All they want from you is your monthly fee, trying to leave is a nightmare. DO NOT GO NEAR THEM OR YOU WILL REGRET IT.
