Contact on front door not working as door had dropped. Engineer sorted it all out, advised on what to do when we start decorating (imminently) and was very knowledgeable and friendly throughout his visit. Great service.

I have been a customer for just over a year and in the early days I was less than impressed with the issues and attempts to resolve them. Since then the Customer service agents have improved no end and it is clear that a lot of time and effort has been invested in their training. The app which was appalling to begin with has come on in leaps and bounds and is intuitive and rarely crashes. Media reviews have suggested that Verisure impose significant price rises after 12 months but that has not been my experience

I am not always able to be at my residence, which is very vulnerable being situated next to a park. CCTV and sounding alarms did not always help a lot. But although my alarms got damaged by the intruders, Verisure's system cut through that, the police was called, and an arrest was made, with a prosecution to follow. Well done Verisure!!

The Alarm appears to be working. But I am a bit worried that it took serial calls, and it the Arlo help desk to inform me that the garage camera, was not a Arlo camera. It belongs to Verisuer, and as such it would not be on the Arlo Apps. When I informed the help desk that I was still waiting for the WhatsApp number. All I got was an apology. I had to ask for the number. The young man did not have it, but he had to got and get it. For these reasons I had to give only a 3 star.
