What a joke of a so called customer service. I will not put up with anymore threats about what I’m supposed to owe. I cancelled my contract and now further threats to deactivate my system. Fine do it and I’ll see you in court.

Door to door sales person came around last week we told him we were not interested and he was quite pushy. The same man turned up today I said we told him last week we were not interested. He said he hadn't been before but it was him cos he had awful shoes with silver bits and he was wearing the same shoes today. He become aggressive with me when I said we are not interested in the end my Husband came down to say the same and told him to go away. He was shouting at us on our doorstep about why wouldn't we want his product. If I was older or alone I would have been afraid of him... Seriously bad!

avoid i regret ever letting them in the house.they promise the earth then charged best part of £1000 to instal an integrated alarm system with doorbell with camera and rear camera never worked properly from day 1 eventualy let the fitter back because he would bring his manager yet another lie .he did nothing to fix the system just argued then when he couldent get his own way for some reason thought it would be a good idea to start with the insults.so he was told twice to leave before i had to be more perswasive. .

BEWARE.....Avoid, avoid, avoid.... of you have a system fitted and then decide to have it removed within the 14 day cooling off period... Verisure will NOT refund your money...... Scammers hiding behind a public profile....

I am a verisure user and I am 100% satisfied with the service. Very prompt customer service and all the equipment they installed looks very high in quality. All state of the art equipment. Overall I am very happy and will suggest not to listen to the negativity and go with verisure if you really need an security alarm system.

THE TRUTH ABOUT VERISURE ALARMS you will be visited bye a sales rep they will offer you a price between 400/500 to fit your alarm Do not except this they are sales pepole they have 7days to get you to agree to this price so they ern there commission. After 7days you will get a call from there marketing department offering you the same equipment for a fraction of the cost You may be told this alarm is connected to the guards and police it is not it's connected to there arm receiving center who will contain the police What ever the monthly cost mandatory this will rise bye 9.90 after six months You can cancel giving 90days notice but you will be charged 99 to do so and part of the equipment will be removed This is all the truth I no becuse I sold many of them be clever if you do still want to use them do not say yes at first appointment you won't get the best deal

Rubbish !!!Rubbish!!! Verisure is a scam they took my money without me needing their service and I have been demanding for a refund they keep telling lies upon lies. Verisure STOP the deceit and Stop reaping money out of people. I am unhappy customer, I have never experience this with any company!!!.

FRAUD! SCAM! AVOOOOOOOOOOOOID! Sales and customer service lies to customers just by receiving the money. I paid £400 to buy the cameras (not installation), app and alarm would be working without a monthly fee. There would be the option to add it if you wanted. They gave a discount to test it, and then I could unsubscribe without problems and without notice. Customer service confirmed multiple times that everything the salesperson said was true. When unsubscribing the monthly fee, the customer service said no problems you can cancel the direct debit at your bank. A month later, I received emails and calls that I owed a month of payment and that I had to inform with three months. I informed him in detail regarding all the information received since day 1 and that this was not what was agreed. Since then, it has been a nightmare, trying to speak to a manager and solve this matter. They collected the cameras from my property and refused to return the £400 and cancel the eight months of billing after cancelling the service. According to them the £400 was installation fee, however, I have proof that what I have said it's true.

Verisure we’re fantastic three years ago They are now on a hard sales drive and growing too quickly to the extent they cannot look after the customers they have already got If you get a problem they do not seem to be able to sort it without making you wait two to three weeks which is not good enough We were with ADT who became Terrible unfortunately unless Verisure get there act together they are also going to become terrible Have told them how we feel waiting to hear back Barbara Morris

Verisure have installed my neighbour's camera right opposite my front door which is less than two feet away with the camera filming me in and out of my home. The installer came back and was drilling a holder for the camera now on the outside even closer to my home. I explained to the installer that the neighbour has been harassing and stalking me and my elderly dog since she moved into the flat above. I explained that the camera was being used to abuse my elderly dog every time I have to leave my home or even to take the rubbish out. I explained that filming into my home is causing me great distress and loss of my privacy, he wasn't in the least bit interested. This Company is assisting someone to harass and stalk and therefore breaking the law.

Cancelled install 3 Times Our installation has been cancelled 3 times leaving us vulnerable. Apparently their engineer has called in sick 3 times, I'm thinking it's more to do with their TV advert saying they can install within 24 hours (haha) look after your existing customers before taking on more than you can handle

Got burgled last week waste off time.all these Camara,s work on the internet but they cut the cabbles waste off time.Put internet cable through the walls at the top off the roof but they just turned electric off and the camaras were dead.The police said was off money on monthly subscription the burgulars have hats hoodies masks. Spend your money on upscaling your insurance.Keep your jewelry in A call.

I would reconsider going into a contract with Verysure. Dishonest and unreliable company. While the engineers are very good, the company is not at all

Stick with a local installation company as Verishite are not accredited and stick everything up with double sided tape or hammer and nails. Then charge a monthly subscription for a pizza delivery guy to drive past 3 hours after alarm went off.

Had my cameras installed today the guy was amazing he made sure all of the cameras and sensors are working very polite even came all the way over from Liverpool and all works great

Terrible salesman tell lies and bend truth suit hey sales hiding huge costs in contracts. The installation is poor and the systems don’t often even work correctly. Google a local alarm installer before signing up!

The price is a joke when the whole system isn’t even insurance approved the sales person aka use blue tac to stick the sensors up the response centre is run by chickens the whole set up and how it works is like going to toys r us and buying tools no professionalism in the quality of the service and systems

I wouldn't really award one star but I am unable to comment without doing so. I am the executor of the estate of my late brother who died in October 2021. I contacted Verisure in January 2022 to advise them of his death and that his contract neede to be cancelled. I was asked to submit a copy of his Death Certificate which I emailed to Verisure on the 18th January 2022. I received an email from Verisure (in essence asking if I wished to transfer the contract to someone else). I said no. On the 24th January 2022 I received a further email to advise that I will be contacted by the Custome Care Team requesting that I provide a contact telephone number and indicate the best time of the day to receive a call. I indicated anytime after 4pm. I have heard nothing until the receipt of a threatening 'debt recovery' letter addressed to my brother which was received on Friday 11th March 2022. I have made three telephone calls to Customer Support (Customer Care don't receive incoming call) to be told that someone will call me back to cancel the contract. Verisure have sat on this matter for two-months. No explanation afforded me to the lack of customer care and incompetence. They are clearly desperate to retain business - sadly customers die and the service is no longer required. The fact that they fail to respond to such circumstances speaks volumes to me about the ethics of this company. I have read their respective value statement on their website - they are laughable. If you are considering placing business with Verisure - please think again! The worst company that I have ever had to deal with.
