“Very happy with the service and floral design from Verdure. Due to the bank holiday on Monday (19th), we were concerned whether flowers will be ready & delivered for a funeral service on Tuesday as we could not attend. But Verdure delivered a lovely set of flowers ahead of the service including the note we requested and kept me notified via text. Thanks again.”

“I wrote this letter to you 2 days ago, but didn’t receive any reply. Therefore I couldn’t give any review. My name is Pey-Fen Fuh. The flower should be delivered to Mrs. Tsai. Dear Florist, I received the message from the organisation to which the ordered flower was supposed to be delivered on the 3 September by 10 am. Contrary to your message below they didn't receive the flower at all by 10 am. I am wondering what has happened. The grand opening was 10:30am and our gift hasn't been delivered. There was a orchid plant at the hall, however with a card of another guest (not our names, therefore not our order). We placed the order quite specifically with exact card message and paid extra so that the flower should arrive by 10am. We are now very disappointing. Please kindly provide me with the signed receipt if the delivery was made on time or we would like to know your explanation. Thank you. Hi there thanks for taking the time to leave the review. We tried to deliver the flowers at 8.35am but the venue was closed so we re-delivered later on. We did try to deliver before 10am but if the venue is closed there's nothing we can do - sorry. Yes there was another delivery which was made on another run and we can assure you that yours were delivered later after opening. Hope this helps.

“I placed an order on Bank holiday Monday for flowers to be delivered on Wednesday Morning, not noticing Verdure mainly deliver in Manchester. After receiving a call from them early Tuesday Morning, Verdure endeavored to find me a locally partnered florist to execute my order in time for my requested delivery date. I couldn't have asked for a better service on such short notice! Especially, the morning after the Bank holiday where I imagine they were quite busy. The flowers themselves are beautiful and were more than well received by the recipient! 10/10!”

“Having planned poorly, I found myself panic ordering a dozen Naomi roses for my wife at 10pm the day before our anniversary. Being a tight git I chose standard delivery (next day 8am-8pm) which is a great service. We ended up receiving the flowers before 10am the next day which made it less than a 12 hour turnaround from ordering to receiving. I have used Verdure many times before and I am always pleased with the fantastic quality and excellent service. The staff are always happy to have a chat and accommodate any requirements. The flowers are spectacular, I couldn’t recommend Verdure enough! Thanks Team!! Oscar.”
