“So very grateful for your service at such a difficult time for us all. Our friend sadly lost her dad to Covid 19, a treasured NHS worker at Doncaster Royal Infirmary and with our friend living so far away, with your help we were able to reach her with a stunning bouquet of flowers, delivered in record time, which in her words ‘made her happy cry’. We are facing such trying times and your hard work to keep everyone connected with their loved ones, when they need it the most is truly appreciated. Thank you.”

“I live overseas and use florists to send gifts to family. This was the first time I have sent any in Manchester. I ordered a large bouquet for my aunt over Easter. The delivery was made on Good Friday and my aunt was thrilled. She was so happy and the idea was to give a little sunshine in these dark times. Perfect. I will definitely use Verdure again.”

“Beautiful orchids, great communications and customer service. I was particularly touched when I was told that your delivery driver waited in her van to make sure my elderly auntie got back indoors safely then gave a friendly wave before leaving. Please thank her for me—she is a real star. And all of this on a Bank Holiday weekend in the middle of the Covid pandemic. Amazing. Thank you so much”
