“They made a mistake by delivering the flowers early not at the specified time. This was due to a new ' set-up' and they were just getting used to it.However, the customer service was excellent!!!! They sent the flowers again at the correct time and 'both' arrangements were beautiful. A mistake is fine when the people correcting it are competent and easy to reach. Wonderful wonderful caring customer service !!!! Will definitely order again. Very satisfied !!”

“The service I received when I range to order flowers was excellent. The man on the other end was very polite and accommodating, leaving me feeling that I would definitely place an order with Verdure again. My daughter was also very pleased with the flowers she received.”

“Service over the phone was great. Kai was really helpful and flowers delivered on time. I asked for white Lilly's and roses but only got roses. She loved them all the sane thank god!”

“I live in London and was looking on line for a quality florist in Manchester. I came across Verdure's website and loved the style and quality of their bouquets. I spoke to Kai on the phone when I placed my order who was just charming and worked to understand exactly what I wanted. The bouquets were delivered on time and when I arrived and saw them I was delighted with what verdure had done. I will definitely be using them again.”

“Kai was extremely helpful over the phone in sorting out some funeral flowers for a colleague's father. Apparently they were beautiful, very much appreciated and meant a lot to him. Verdure would have got 'Very Good' if I had received an electronic invoice - which I requested twice. Admin might not be their strong point - but customer understanding and good floral displays definitely are!”

We had some big technical problems with the previous 10 year old website which was replaced recently with a brand new one. Unfortunately your order was one of the last few done on our old system and you experienced this problem which should not recur with the new one now working as it should! Regards, Kai

“I have twice ordered flowers for my daughter and both times they were lovey, however the second time I requested delivery between certain times which was not met. I contacted you to see what had happened and was informed there was a late delivery of the blooms and to compensate you added additional blooms. That was lovely but I think you need to inform the customer of delays, before the customer comes to you. Thank you”
