“My order was dealt with very courteously and in a friendly manner. The flowers were delivered on time and my cousin told me they were beautiful. Thank you”

“I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE I RECEIVED. KAI WAS EXTREMELY KNOWLEGEABLE AND HELPFULL IN SELECTING THE PROPER FLOWERS. I HAD TO CALL BACK TO CHANGE THE CARD MESSAGE, AND KAI WAS BUSY AND ANOTHER GENTLEMAN ASSISTED ME. I APOLOGIZE,BUT I DON'T RECALL HIS NAME. HE TOO WAS MOST HELPFULL. MY FRIENDS IN BREDBURY SAID THE FLOWERS WERE BEAUTIFUL. THEY ALSO SENT ME A PHOTO OF THE FLOWERS. IT IS ALWAYS DIFFICULT WHEN YOU SUFFER A LOSS OF A DEAR FRIEND. ALSO, BEING IN ANOTHER COUNTRY MAKES IT EVEN WORSE.SO THANKS FOR MAKING IT A LOT EASIER. DAVID BURO”

“Received excellent service with the flowers I recently ordered online. I had to call up first to check a few things before I went ahead and ordered them. The lady I dealt with was very helpful, and even called me back the next day with a better option that I had not even thought of. So to me she went way above my expectations. The flowers were beautiful and my daughter who I sent them to said the person delivering them was very friendly and polite. I received five star ***** service and would not hesitate to to recommend them and will most certainly be using them again soon.”

“I ordered some flowers for a friend and she was thrilled with them. She then added that Verdure have been her favourite florists for a long time which I didn't know but it speaks volumes. I feel the quality of the flowers and service is the height of professional and done with such perfection. Will buy more in the future for sure!”

“I phoned from Australia at a time which was too early in the UK and was going to call back. However the young lady was charming and insisted on taking our order then. It was done so efficiently and followed up with emails before and after delivery. My friend was thrilled with the flowers. Thank you very much”
