“I odered a floral tribute remotely from Verdure Floral Design, from Dallas, Texas for a funeral in Manchester, UK. The service was impeccable with a stunning floral tribute, perfect communication and speedy delivery. I was so proud to have these flowers laid for my loved one. They were Just perfect. I'd highly recommend Verdure.”

“Really lovely choice of flowers and colours in the Florist choice pastels that we ordered. Only point to note is that the recipient said that nobody knocked on the door / rang the bell so it was only when we contacted them to ask if the flowers had arrived did they look outside and see them on the floor. Other than that, perfect service xxx”

“Verdure provided a quick and well organised service. I ordered a bouquet in the morning and they delivered that afternoon keeping me advised as delivery progressed. They were more expensive than other options but their service seems to have warranted the premium.”

“I ordered my flowers for same delivery at 9 am local time. Within 3 hours, the flowers had arrived. Although fairly expensive, there were really a lot of flowers, very fresh and nicely presented. I received an sms to say when they would be delivered and that the delivery had been carried out. I would definitely recommend using this service- very convenient and reliable”

“The flowers were for my friends who were celebrating their Golden Wedding Anniversary. They rang me this morning to thank me and said they were beautiful. They sent me a picture of them and they really are lovely. I'm very impressed and will certainly contact you when I need flowers in the future. Thank you.”

“disappointed with arrangement for mums 80th , chose £58 florist vibrant choice - knew it wouldn’t be exactly like website due to availability but thought it would look more luxurious - could have got the same at top end supermarket at a much lower cost - such a shame , contacted them but was advised they were correct value flowers ☹️”

Hi there thanks for taking the time to leave the 1 star review and the picture of the flowers you supplied shows them looking lovely! The florist chose a luxurious selection of premium roses, spray roses, bright vanda orchids, lisianthus, berries, solidago and assorted foliage for your bouquet. Many of the flowers are in bud and will look great when they open up over the next few days showing their vibrant colours! The 'Florist Choice' product range allows the florist to design and choose the flowers on the day and this is what you ordered - it clearly states this in the product information when ordering your flowers. We also clearly state that the online images for florist choice are for reference only and the arrangement the florist makes will be different. £58 paid includes the hand delivery in person (maintaining distance for Co-Vid!) and we delivered on a Saturday morning at 10.11.am - we not sure the supermarkets can do this!! We did appraise the bouquet with the florist who made it and as discussed on the telephone we made and delivered what was ordered. If you required a more specific arrangement there are many options in our online shop, including a 'deign your own' option - these may work better for you in future when ordering flowers in future. Our team are working very hard to deliver great products and service during these difficult times and the 1 star review you provided is not at all fair or even justified here. “Beautiful basket of flowers promptly delivered to our friend. Just to say we were thinking about her on the first anniversary of losing her husband. She sent me a photo and they were beautiful and comforted her.”

“I went to Verdure floral website and ordered flowers as well as a rose wine for my sister who is in Manchester Uk from Australia. She was very happy when she received the flowers . She said they were gorgeous. I got SMS reminders before and after the delivery. Such a fantastic service.”

“We are from Canada and wanted to send some flowers for a funeral. We found Verdure’s phone # and called. Kia was very nice and professional on the phone. He knew exactly where we needed the flowers to go and sent them there on time. We received pictures of the flowers later and they were beautiful. Thank you for your good service.”
